⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From the front desk to the room service. I’m traveling with 2 of my kids (10/13 ) and they both loved the buffet style breakfast. In room dining is also a must try. It’s also located in the heart of Haiphong !!! P.s always squeaky clean

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place was quiet and relaxing, especially compared to the busy center of Cat Ba. The room was simple but clean, and the pool was a nice bonus after being outside all day. There’s also a small garden area that’s really nice for chilling in the evening, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so bring some mosquito spray. Staff were friendly and everything went smoothly overall

Phòng sạch sẽ, vị trí ổn, gần trung tâm. Bữa sáng có bánh cuốn, cơm rang, phở, bánh bao, hợp người châu Á. Đồ tây thì chỉ có bánh mỳ, bơ mứt, trứng, nên sẽ hơi thiếu đa dạng cho khách Tây. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, lễ phép, giúp mình mượn bàn là, kéo. Cửa sổ bên ngoài có máy phát điện chạy nên có mùi khói và dầu vào buổi sáng. Không nên mở cửa sổ, đóng cửa lại bật điều hoà thì không khí tốt hơn.

Such a wonderful hotel with 5 star customer service. Totally recommend this hotel. Its beside Vincom Plaza thus it's super convenient for Groceries Shopping or Restaurant n fast food.

Room had everything we could possibly ask for and then some. Spacious and comfortable bed. Location was very ideal as well.

The hotel is ok nothing special, avoid to take the rooms with Mountain View, because is too much noise from the street, breakfast and dinner 100% Asian style, with few options, the staffs around the swimming pool, they don’t speak English, is too hard when you need to order something…

La habitación era increíble, las vistas desde el balcón del piso 14 eran impresionantes. Hay una cocina en la habitación, solo de exhibición, ya que te multan incluso por usar el microondas. 😂 Un día tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias y agua, porque se las habían olvidado al arreglar la habitación. El hotel es ENORME, así que ir y volver de la piscina o del restaurante abierto es un viaje largo; es imposible que los niños puedan ir solos a ningún sitio en este complejo enorme. El club infantil es solo una sala, no un club propiamente dicho. Los juegos del club infantil son carísimos, así que no los usamos. La vista desde el restaurante del tercer edificio es increíble si llegas lo suficientemente temprano para conseguir una mesa junto a la ventana. El desayuno buffet está bien. Sin embargo, cuando se llena, la comida se acaba constantemente. ¡Había una! Cafetera para unas 400 personas, así que tienes que correr de un lado a otro del enorme restaurante para comprobar si la han vuelto a llenar. Una vez comimos buffet, que fue bastante malo. Por 1,7 millones de VND ni siquiera te dan agua para beber, sino que tienes que comprarla aparte, y no hay muchas opciones para que los niños coman. Una vez más, se acabó la comida, así que tuviste que subir y bajar varias veces para comprobar si la habían repuesto y evitar las multitudes por el camino. No fue una experiencia muy agradable. El hotel no puede ayudarte con reservas ni sugerencias de excursiones a menos que reserves sus tours, que son carísimos y hay pocas opciones. ¡Las piscinas del hotel fueron increíbles para nuestros hijos! La estancia estuvo bien en general, pero no volveríamos a este hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

The location is fairly good as it’s just a few minutes walk to the main street. The rooms are alright but the decoration is a bit dated. We were not very happy with the fact that we can’t use the pool in building 2 because we were in building 1.
