UUsuario invitadoMy wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
other facilities were convenient.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

RRubz@We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed.
However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to.
Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay.
During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area.
On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience.
There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.
Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

VValeriy ZОтель очень большой, красивый ландшафтный дизайн. Стиль в виде древних развалин, этому соответствуют даже ступеньки, фонтаны, разные клумбы. Всё продумано.
При заселении очень приятные сотрудники, есть также guest relations. Если возникают сложности и вопросы, они помогают.
Еда великолепная! Можно обедать и ужинать в главном ресторане, можно на пляже. Выбор блюд широкий, говядина, красная рыба, курица, детский стол. Фрукты, сладости.
Персонал такой приветливый и приятно с ними взаимодействовать. Номера чистые, без излишеств. Есть заполненный мини бар в номере.

UUsuario invitadoWhat an amazing hotel to stay at! We only stayed for a couple of nights, but we realised that it’s that kind of place that we would like to visit again. Staff is very friendly, always smiling, food actually tastes good! Which is very rare for an all inclusive hotels. And in this hotel everything is inclusive - even Starbucks coffee! I recommend this place! Also since it’s a new hotel, everything actually does look and feel very new. Also, their stage is very amazing too, and evening shows are very high - quality. They even use actual alcohol in cocktails. 🍹 (from my own experience i know some of the all-inclusive hotels don’t use real alcohol)

No hay mucho que hacer en el entorno (o en realidad nada). Es bueno que (gratuito!) puede utilizar el Sherwood Dream Resort, especialmente los slides de agua.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel le gusta, descansado con niños por segunda vez. Servicio al nivel. La comida es deliciosa. No hay colinas en la piscina para niños, aunque antes. Pero hay acceso ilimitado al parque de entretenimiento. ¡Es una pena que haya sido posible reservar una habitación a través de la aplicación para sólo tres adultos y para los niños pagar en el lugar.
