Mi estancia en la isla Lohkah fue mágica. Desde el momento en que me reservaba, el equipo me hizo sentir realmente preocupado. No había detalles demasiado grandes, no había gesto demasiado pequeño. Cada petición fue asistida con tal calor, bondad, y increíble prontitud. El hotel está muy bien situado, y es muy agradable. Isak nos recibió personalmente en la pier cuando llegamos a Gulangyu, y a mi sorpresa, también fue el que nos escoltaba todo el camino de regreso a Xiamen al final de nuestra estancia tomar el ferry con nosotros y ayudarnos con todos nuestros equipajes. Ella preparaba el repelente de mosquito y la medicina antes de nuestra visita, lavando las aguas húmedas antes de partir, siempre con la mano con la sombra para que golpeemos el calor. Todos los butlers eran muy sinceros y apasionados. No tenemos palabras. Estamos realmente felices de conocerlos a todos. La propiedad en sí era inmaculada serena, elegante y tan encantadora como un hotel Lohkah puede ser. Lohkah sigue siendo mi marca hotel favorita en China, no sólo por la arquitectura, sino por la gente que trae a la vida estos hermosos espacios. Nunca olvidaré la dulzura de esta equipo: preparar una hermosa torta tiramisu para mi cumpleaños, recogernos de una tienda de té cuando perdimos en la isla, y acompañarnos a los lugares más hermosos de la luna de miel en Gulangyu. Nos hacen sentir menos como invitados y más como amigos que visitan desde lejos. Isak, Yuki, Leo y Harlan gracias por hacer nuestra estadía tan notable, hermosa y inolvidable. Deseo a todos lo mejor. Mi primera estancia fue una buena experiencia en todos los aspectos. Seguiré eligiendo este hotel la próxima vez. Muchas gracias por el cálido servicio de Sherry❤️Nos ayudó a ascender a una suite cuando nos registramos. Escribió cuidadosamente recordatorios de comidas para cada período en la tarjeta. El conserje nos ayudó a cargar nuestro equipaje y nos llevó a la habitación. Vistas despejadas al mar y a la ciudad. La habitación era espaciosa y la ropa de cama era cómoda, y también hay un minibar gratuito. No pude levantarme para desayunar, pero mi amigo me llevó de regreso a la habitación y dijo que el personal también me ayudó a empacar leche y otros alimentos. La experiencia del salón en el piso 22 también es buena. Tiene vista al mar en el piso superior. Hay té por la tarde y refrescos disponibles hasta las nueve de la noche.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Our experience at Jingmin Hotel is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly with special thanks to one of their staff, Mr. Riley, who went the extra mile to assist my son when he required medical assistance. The location is also very convenient, with lots of eatery nearby and just a short walk to the metro. The room is also very clean with good WiFi.

El hotel está cerca de la playa más próxima, y como íbamos en coche, ir a las principales atracciones de Xiamen no fue nada inconveniente. Además, tiene un parque infantil donde los niños pueden entretenerse un rato, y ofrecen servicio de guardería (hay que reservar con un día de antelación). La señora de la limpieza es muy eficiente y rápida, deja la habitación impecable todos los días. El único inconveniente es que el baño tenía un olor un poco raro.

I had a great stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Xiamen. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers excellent value for money. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and they were happy to answer any questions about getting around the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xiamen for business or leisure. This matches what many recent guests have highlighted, particularly the friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, and good breakfast.

Overall the stay was great. There are just a few incidents that I did not appreciate. As a black international family, constant looks and whispers from staff members was very uncomfortable for my family. Other travelers also constantly took pictures of us. The breakfast was imbalanced and was more catered to Chinese customers. Croissants were advertised but nowhere to be found. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights to enjoy more time in the hot springs and swimming amenities and staff were great. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast need more training on how to treat black foreigners and not look down on us, we were after all paying to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant on one of the days and were told there’s no beef for the pasta. Please train the restaurant staff! Also a suggestion, if people book more than 2 nights, let them have unlimited access to the hot springs. It just makes sense. The playing area is in the restaurant for families information, you can’t access the playing area if the restaurant isn’t open. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful stay at Shangri-la Xiamen, room is clean and the team is amazing from counter to room service. Special mention to Floor Manager Ryan, Kelvin, Harry, Yulia and the service staff taking care of 3 rooms at level 12. The photo taking makeovers by Sky, photographer and makeup artists make the experience comfortable and satisfying. My kids love the beach experience and the safety precaution asserted at all time. The attentiveness is outstanding. Amazing work.

Having never stayed at a Pan Pacific hotel, I had no idea what to expect, but it really impressed me! The gym definitely stood out, the equipment was so smooth and well-maintained, easily the best hotel gym I’ve used in a while. What really made the difference was the team. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel personal and warm. The team kindly helped, sharing directions and local tips and insights. From travel times to sharing maps, they couldn’t have been kinder in helping. The room was cosy and comfortable and I personally slept really well (better than at home!) the location worked well for me too, I found it calm and well connected. It was an stress-free, enjoyable experience to stay at this Pan Pacific and I plan to stay again. :) Thank you to the Pan Pacific team for going above and beyond to provide the best in service and care. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Xiamen Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The contemporary design of the hotel blends perfectly with its stunning beachfront location. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the coastline. The service was a standout feature; the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and a comfortable stay. I also highly recommend the dining options—the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both local and international cuisines. It is the perfect destination for anyone looking for a mix of luxury and relaxation in Xiamen.
