My stay at Lohkah Isle was magical. From the moment I booked, the team made me feel genuinely cared for. No detail was too big, no gesture was too small. Every request was attended to with such warmth, kindness, and incredible promptness. A special thank you to Isak, Leo, Yuki, and Harlan. You are the heart and soul of this beautiful hotel. Isak welcomed us personally at the pier when we arrived at Gulangyu, and to my surprise, he was also the one who escorted us all the way back to Xiamen at the end of our stay — taking the ferry with us and helping us with all our luggage. He prepared mosquito repellent and medicine before our tour, wet wipes before we depart, always on hand with umbrella for us to beat the heat. That level of care is rare and deeply touching. All the butlers were very sincere and passionate. We have no words. We feel truly blessed to meet all of them. The property itself was immaculate — serene, elegant, and as uniquely charming as a Lohkah hotel can be. Lohkah remains my favourite hotel brand in China, not because of the architecture alone, but because of the people who bring these beautiful spaces to life. I will never forget the sweetness of this team: preparing a lovely tiramisu cake for my birthday, picking us up from a tea store when we got lost on the island, and accompanying us to the most beautiful sunset spots in Gulangyu. They made us feel less like guests and more like dear friends visiting from afar. Isak, Yuki, Leo, and Harlan — thank you for making our stay so remarkable, lovely, and unforgettable. Mi primera estancia fue una buena experiencia en todos los aspectos. Seguiré eligiendo este hotel la próxima vez. Muchas gracias por el cálido servicio de Sherry❤️Nos ayudó a ascender a una suite cuando nos registramos. Escribió cuidadosamente recordatorios de comidas para cada período en la tarjeta. El conserje nos ayudó a cargar nuestro equipaje y nos llevó a la habitación. Vistas despejadas al mar y a la ciudad. La habitación era espaciosa y la ropa de cama era cómoda, y también hay un minibar gratuito. No pude levantarme para desayunar, pero mi amigo me llevó de regreso a la habitación y dijo que el personal también me ayudó a empacar leche y otros alimentos. La experiencia del salón en el piso 22 también es buena. Tiene vista al mar en el piso superior. Hay té por la tarde y refrescos disponibles hasta las nueve de la noche.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Great hotel with exceptional services. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. During our stay, we received remarkable services from the hotel staff beginning with the young Bellboy who greeted us on the day we arrived and thereafter. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; check-in was quick and easy, and especially Charis, who had patiently answered many questions that we had for Xiamen. We appreciated Lia, who helped us to get taxi by using her own phone with the local DiDi program and makes sure the taxi driver knows our destination. We also appreciated Alice from the dining room, who to cut and packed the fruits we brought from the market on the day we checked out. Last but not least was cleaned daily. We felt great when we saw a note from the housekeeper and found towels folded 🐘 on our bed one day and a swan on the next day.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite on a high floor with an extra bed for the kids. Room was spacious and well laid out and didn't feel cramped at all even with the extra bed inside. Breakfast was decent. Nothing too fancy but the noodle station was really good and we went back for it every morning. The indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great, we spent quite a bit of time there. My husband checked out the gym and said it was well equipped. What really made our stay was Cindy Ye from guest relations. I asked about visiting the local morning market and she suggested we take the bus and BRT instead of a taxi. Ended up being a really fun experience using local transport, and it only took us about 30 mins to get there. Really appreciated that she took the time to explain the route to us. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall the stay was great. There are just a few incidents that I did not appreciate. As a black international family, constant looks and whispers from staff members was very uncomfortable for my family. Other travelers also constantly took pictures of us. The breakfast was imbalanced and was more catered to Chinese customers. Croissants were advertised but nowhere to be found. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights to enjoy more time in the hot springs and swimming amenities and staff were great. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast need more training on how to treat black foreigners and not look down on us, we were after all paying to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant on one of the days and were told there’s no beef for the pasta. Please train the restaurant staff! Also a suggestion, if people book more than 2 nights, let them have unlimited access to the hot springs. It just makes sense. The playing area is in the restaurant for families information, you can’t access the playing area if the restaurant isn’t open. Overall a good experience.

En mi viaje a Xiamen, me alojé en el Hotel Pan Pacific y la experiencia fue fantástica. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a poca distancia a pie de la estación de metro y del distrito financiero, y es muy práctico para viajar y hacer compras. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, la vista es inmejorable, el servicio es aún mejor, el personal es cálido y atento, y estoy muy agradecido con la gerente de relaciones con los huéspedes, la señorita Wu Huijuan, por organizar la habitación. Muy satisfecho, lo recomiendo.

Hotel con un desayuno espectacular, siendo occidental ese desayuno fue el mejor de toda china. La habitación estaba muy bien y grande, solo una observación y que me parece super antihigenico y se usa mucho en china, es las moquetas no entiendo como las siguen usando cadenas internacionales. Otra cosa que nos pasó, fuimos a la piscina hay una de natación y otra como para sentarte mas pequeña y relajarte, pues voy sin móvil y sin dinero y cuando llego me dicen que tengo que usar gorro de natación, les digo cuanto vale y me dicen 70 yuanes, lo peor no es lo caro que es para ser china si no que al decir que no traje movil para pagar,no son capaces de cargarlo a la habitación darte opcion, en un hotel de esta categoría es lo mínimo. Pues tuve que subir de nuevo a la habitacion,buscar el movil para pagar con alipay y bajar. Ese detalle no me pareció correcto, crean molestias al cliente por unos simple 70 yuanes que se pueden cargar a la habitación que encima ya ellos tienen un desposito de 500 yuanes qie debes dejar cuando haces el chek in. Lo bueno del hotel el desayuno,sin duda.
