Me quedé muy impresionado con el restaurante de este hotel. Desde las deliciosas comidas hasta la exquisita decoración y el excelente servicio, se apreció cada detalle. La profesionalidad y la meticulosa actitud de servicio de los camareros hacen que la gente se sienta muy amable. Al mismo tiempo, los platos diversificados del restaurante también satisfacen las necesidades de diferentes gustos, haciendo que la gente se demore. La próxima vez que venga al hotel elegiré la comida de aquí sin dudarlo. El servicio de recepción del hotel es cálido y atento, y todas las preguntas planteadas son respondidas con cuidado. El ambiente general es cálido y tranquilo, y las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas. Elegiré la próxima vez.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Century Wuhan. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade. The service was excellent staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center, within walking distance to shopping malls, plenty of food options, and close to the MRT. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities inside the room were impressive—everything looked new, with an automatic toilet and a bathtub that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences in Wuhan. A flawless one-night escape, exceptional in every way! I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and genuinely personal without ever feeling overbearing. Every staff member seemed to anticipate my needs before I could even express them. The room itself was fantastic: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful layout and stunning city views. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. What really set this stay apart, however, was the personalized welcome letter waiting for me in the room – signed by the General Manager. It wasn't a generic form letter; it felt sincere and added a wonderfully personal touch that made me feel like a truly valued guest. If you're looking for a world-class luxury experience in Wuhan, even for just one night, The Ritz-Carlton delivers on every level. I cannot recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

Great hotel with great service. Dry cleaning/laundry costs a little high. Good breakfast and elegant hotel. Nice rooms and great concierge service!

Vi muchas críticas negativas antes, pero después de quedarme aquí, descubrí que no encontré ninguna. La calidad general del hotel es muy alta y las instalaciones están bien equipadas. El check-in y check-out son rápidos, hay una hermosa piscina y la experiencia es excelente. Hay una Wanda al lado, que es muy conveniente para comer. Está relativamente cerca de las atracciones callejeras de celebridades de Internet, pero un poco más lejos de East Lake y la Universidad de Wuhan. Rico desayuno y ambiente confortable. Hay un gabinete exprés especial en la entrada del hotel, que tiene un diseño muy fácil de usar. El personal de conserjería de la recepción ha recibido formación estandarizada y la experiencia de registro es mucho mejor que la de los hoteles y B&B normales. Me gusta👍

Exceptional Stay at Fairmont Wuhan! The service exceeded expectations attentive and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature modern amenities. The prime location offers convenient access to Wuhan Tianhe Airport and major train stations (approx. 30-40 minutes by car) Houkou less than 15. Early check-in at 10 AM was seamlessly accommodated, a huge + . Leisure facilities like the indoor pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch, perfect for relaxation or workouts. A flawless experience from start to finish!

Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. Breakfast buffet was okay and if you sit by the window, you can view the bridge from outside. Lots of restaurants, street food, grocery stores and pharmacies in around 5 minutes walk. Overall, it was a good stay. I just think that some of the staff can be more friendly and warm.

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

The front desk service was unfriendly, gave the old woman like me unclear directions to take the subway and taxi the day I checked in. Second, I had to be called twice to change the TV remote. I stayed at the same chain hotel in other areas this one front desk needs a good reeducate training!! Washing room iron not working well Too few machines....
