Overall the Sofitel is a good business hotel. Conveniently located to Brisbane CBD and have all the basic things available. The hotel overall was nice and clean but the decor is bit dated including the bathroom. The bed was a bit average and seems bit old with the mattress not very flat so sleeping was not so pleasant.

Excellent Hotel and facilities, fast check in and check out. I have stayed here at this hotel around 7 times now over the last few years. Great team and very comfortable room i, highly recommend it.

Good location but the others are not good. The power of water stream is not good, why there is not air condition in the bedroom but there is only in sitting room.

El bar de la habitación es un lugar para visitar! Tony y sus colegas fueron muy hospitalarios, nos mezclaron la mayoría de los menús, y nuestros favoritos fueron Beet-ness y Espresso 2.0. Nos quedamos en el 19o piso y pensamos que la vista a la noche era buena. A unique stay in Brisbane's historic heart We stayed in a Luxury One-Bedroom Apartment and were pleasantly surprised by how much it felt like a real apartment rather than a hotel room. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of room to relax. The hotel's biggest draw is its history. The building was once the World War II headquarters of General Douglas MacArthur, which gives the property a real sense of character that you simply don't get in a modern hotel. The location is excellent, right on the corner of Queen Street and Edward Street, above the Apple Store and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the Brisbane River. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was that the room's thermostat didn't seem to do much, and it was difficult to noticeably adjust the temperature. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable stay and would happily return, particularly for the spacious accommodation and the building's fascinating history.

Colocamos el letrero para arreglar nuestra habitación, pero no lo hicieron en absoluto, incluso cuando el personal de limpieza estaba limpiando la habitación contigua a la nuestra cuando nos fuimos. Salimos del hotel para salir por la mañana y cuando regresamos por la noche, el cartel de ”hacer la habitación” todavía estaba en nuestra puerta y la habitación estaba exactamente como la dejamos cuando salimos. La habitación no estaba hecha, los artículos de tocador no se reponían.
