I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane with our family. The location was especially excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city and get around. The apartment was comfortable and well suited for a family trip, but what made our stay even better was the service at the reception. In particular, Mel was outstanding. She was kind, attentive, and very helpful. We really appreciated how well she understood travelers’ needs, based on her own travel experiences, and gave thoughtful advice from a guest’s point of view. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to other families visiting Brisbane.

Nested in a nice location in between the botanical garden and city centre. Food variety and replenish rate can be better at the lounge area during peak periods over the weekends. Can ask for hot chocolate and omelette which area not on display (nice touch) Water pressure for the showers can be higher. Besides that, everything else is great!

The jacuzzi and sauna at the Marriott were truly excellent! However, the phone in the room didn’t work, the bathroom drain was prone to clogging, and the drain in the washbasin was stuck closed. Also, there was a connecting door to the next room, so the noise from the neighboring guests was extremely loud and made the stay difficult.

El hotel ofrece aparcamiento en el lugar, pero es barato en AUD 40 por noche, y los espacios de estacionamiento son muy limitados y limitados. El hotel no dispone de servicio de lavandería en casa, pero hay un lavabo situado en el parque de autos al aire libre en la dirección opuesta al hotel. Para cenar, hay un McDonald's y KFC cerca, a unos 5-minute a pie. El desayuno es muy básico, que consiste únicamente en pan, tostadora, fruta y una máquina para leche, café y té.

While the Mercure Brisbane King George Square serves as a perfectly fine and functional base, it didn't quite hit the 'excellent' mark I was expecting. The hotel's central CBD location is a massive highlight, making it incredibly easy to walk to public transport, shopping, and dining. However, the property and rooms are starting to feel quite dated and tired, lacking the modern, premium touches that truly elevate a hotel stay. Ultimately, it is a clean and convenient place to rest your head, but it is best suited for travelers prioritizing location over a luxury experience.

This accommodation was in a spectacularly convenient location for a GIG that I was attending this week. The Team on-site were incredibly helpful. I had a small issue when I got there with the fridge not working and it had tripped the breaker; the maintenance guy came and sorted it out and then replaced the mini fridge thing for me as well. All within 30 minutes. Amazing. He also offered tips to assist with making the most out of the aircon and the double-glazing which was also super helpful so I could get a good nights sleep afterward. The place was nice & clean and tidy with an exceptionally large sized bed. It was surprisingly quiet being right beside an active pub as well. Unless I was in the hallway, I couldn't hear a thing. I could hear my neighbours though...! Beautiful artwork through the building, and the hallways didn't smell awful either. They had cool little work nooks in the stairwells you could use if you wish and I think I saw some business suites on the 1st floor you could use for meetings. Not so amazing parts: There was clearly mould in some areas in bathroom areas.. they oddly have glass doors on the toilets?? that's strange. No ventilation in the bathroom to prevent the mould too. The air-conditioning was genuinely effective but it was clearly not well maintained as there was dust & mould forming around the vent and the roof section where the duct was, had starting bowing. Booking process via Trip.com - not great. The information provided by the website indicated they'd hold the amount of the booking but we had to pay the amount AT the hotel plus a deposit fee for incidentals...(on top of the amount they already took). That was actually not the case... I didn't have to give them anything at all except ID and verify my general details. When I got there, the nice man at reception told me I was all good to go and no extra fees or holds were required. All in all, a good stay. The place could use some extra love and attention to detail but for the price I paid? I'm not bothered.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

The stay was very nice everything was very smooth my couple and I had a very late flight we manage to make the late check-in possible steps are easy just let them know the time u arrive and they provide u with the steps to go. breakfast is good just toast, some cereals, milk, coffee, juices etc, location is great nearby shopping center and macca's if u are looking for a relaxing place where after long day to city or around it and just want to relax and sleep i recommend this place. no neighbors sounds nothing. if possible one day again probably i will stay with them. and its from city center (central station or king George square) just 35min by bus number 330 or 340.. front desk workers very friendly.
