Hoteles con spa en Abu Dabi

Este hotel fue, sin duda, lo mejor de mi viaje a Dubái. Llegué temprano desde Abu Dabi y la habitación no estaba lista antes de las 12, ¡así que nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes de tiempo y nos dieron un upgrade gratuito a una suite! Tenía 2 baños, vestidor, 2 camas, lavadora y microondas, todo lo que necesitábamos. La habitación era enorme. El personal de recepción siempre sonreía, y por la noche, un empleado vino a preguntarnos si queríamos más café o algo. Al día siguiente, cuando volvimos al hotel, nos quedamos asombrados: habían doblado y ordenado toda nuestra ropa, y todo estaba perfectamente organizado. Antes, en Japón, la mayoría de los hoteles ofrecían un servicio similar (aunque, en mi opinión, el servicio en Japón siempre ha sido así). En resumen, estamos muy satisfechos con este hotel. 👍

La piscina de la familia era muy completa, así que tuvimos que rechazarla y usarla. Y junto a la piscina familiar, se produjo una construcción muy alta, por lo que no era un tiempo relajado en la piscina.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera agradable. Sin embargo, parecía ser temporada alta durante nuestra visita, por lo que la zona de desayuno estaba bastante concurrida. Los asientos estaban muy juntos, lo que a veces hacía que la estancia se sintiera un poco apretada. A pesar de ello, la variedad de la comida era buena y la calidad, satisfactoria. La ubicación del hotel es una gran ventaja: es muy práctica, con fácil acceso a las principales atracciones y al transporte público. En general, es una buena opción para viajeros que priorizan la ubicación y un servicio amable, pero prepárese para encontrar aglomeraciones en temporada alta.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

Buen hotel, lo más importante una excelente playa privada. Situado enfrente del hotel, muy grande, hay varias piscinas y zonas de recreo con tumbonas, hay mucho espacio, todo es muy civilizado. Los desayunos son buenos, definitivamente no pasarás hambre, hay mucha fruta. Hay paradas de autobús cerca, puedes llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El servicio de taxi Yandex está funcionando.

Tome el autobús desde Dubai hasta la estación de Abu Dhabi y bájese. Solo tardará unos 2 km en llegar a este hotel. Puede solicitar una tarjeta de transporte dentro de la estación y luego salir y cruzar la calle hasta la parada de autobús, que conduce directamente. hasta la puerta del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. La estación de autobuses del aeropuerto también está muy cerca del hotel, a solo unos cientos de metros de distancia. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, y el tamaño es adecuado. La recepción tiene un servicio sonriente y hay todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. ¡El precio es muy rentable!

La Sra. Riya en la recepción tiene muy buen servicio y es muy atenta. Aunque mi inglés hablado no es muy bueno, ella me escuchó pacientemente y me dio respuestas pacientes. El servicio de mayordomo aquí también es muy bueno. Me brindaron servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje y me ayudaron a trasladar mi equipaje.

Me gustaba el hotel Grand Villaggio en Abu Dhabi. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y bien mantenidas con todas las comodidades modernas. Los miembros del personal son muy amables, profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El equipo de mantenimiento de la casa hace un excelente trabajo para mantener todo abierto. La ubicación es conveniente, con fácil acceso a las tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El desayuno se difundió fresco y tenía una gran variedad de opciones. En general, es un lugar cómodo y acogedor para permanecer muy recomendado para visitas cortas y largas.
