Reservé 3 habitaciones para mi familia y una cuarta habitación reservada por mi amiga por separado para su familia. Tomamos un taxi de 1h15m desde Dubai a Abu Dhabi, cuando estábamos en el mostrador de facturación del hotel, nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones para nosotros debido a que el hotel estaba lleno por un grupo de funcionarios gubernamentales, por lo que tuvieron que mudarse. a su hotel hermano del mismo grupo y nos ofrecerían una mejora de habitación. Teníamos 2 niños y 2 ancianos (mayores de 70 años), no nos informaron de ninguna forma (ni llamadas, ni whatsapp ni correos electrónicos) que las habitaciones no estaban disponibles con antelación. Le pregunté a la gerente y me dijo que enviaron correos electrónicos, lo cual es curioso porque mi amigo y yo no recibimos ninguno en absoluto. Les pedí que me mostraran el correo o lo probaran, no pudieron, ¿qué tal si me dicen cuando se envió el correo? no pudieron, ja.. eso significa que no se ha enviado nada. Dijeron que eran funcionarios del gobierno, pero no podían rechazarlo, pero hice mi reserva 4 meses antes de las fechas de llegada. No tuvimos más remedio que aceptar la mudanza, el otro hotel es bueno en realidad, pero no nos dieron una mejora de habitación como lo prometieron hasta que hablé con su gerente.

La piscina de la familia era muy completa, así que tuvimos que rechazarla y usarla. Y junto a la piscina familiar, se produjo una construcción muy alta, por lo que no era un tiempo relajado en la piscina.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

Overall, the property is undeniably impressive in scale and architectural presence. The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment. The hardware standard is strong and well maintained. That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined. Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests. On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay. It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job. With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments.

Buen hotel, lo más importante una excelente playa privada. Situado enfrente del hotel, muy grande, hay varias piscinas y zonas de recreo con tumbonas, hay mucho espacio, todo es muy civilizado. Los desayunos son buenos, definitivamente no pasarás hambre, hay mucha fruta. Hay paradas de autobús cerca, puedes llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El servicio de taxi Yandex está funcionando.

Caro para mí, ya que no estoy en viaje de negocios, pero el personal fue excelente; fue difícil encontrar una cerveza en la zona aparte del Hotel Roof Top Bar, que era bueno aunque muy caro para mí.

Tome el autobús desde Dubai hasta la estación de Abu Dhabi y bájese. Solo tardará unos 2 km en llegar a este hotel. Puede solicitar una tarjeta de transporte dentro de la estación y luego salir y cruzar la calle hasta la parada de autobús, que conduce directamente. hasta la puerta del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. La estación de autobuses del aeropuerto también está muy cerca del hotel, a solo unos cientos de metros de distancia. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, y el tamaño es adecuado. La recepción tiene un servicio sonriente y hay todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. ¡El precio es muy rentable!

La Sra. Riya en la recepción tiene muy buen servicio y es muy atenta. Aunque mi inglés hablado no es muy bueno, ella me escuchó pacientemente y me dio respuestas pacientes. El servicio de mayordomo aquí también es muy bueno. Me brindaron servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje y me ayudaron a trasladar mi equipaje.

Me gustaba el hotel Grand Villaggio en Abu Dhabi. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y bien mantenidas con todas las comodidades modernas. Los miembros del personal son muy amables, profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El equipo de mantenimiento de la casa hace un excelente trabajo para mantener todo abierto.
