En general, es un hotel semi-apartamento muy agradable... sería perfecto si el personal de recepción y el gerente tuvieran una mejor actitud. Entiendo la situación de ocupación total, pero la próxima vez explíqueme mejor.

Location is good, near shopping malls and eateries, the Room is clean, bedding are comfortable, Ms.Nova from reception is very friendly and helpful, overall we have a pleasant stay in the Grove.
