Valoraciones de Novotel Solo

Sobre todo me gusta el servicio y las instalaciones. Las habitaciones estaban bastante limpias y todo el personal nos atendió con amabilidad y calidez. Definitivamente regresaré y recomendaré este hotel a mis amigos y familiares :)

it was a very nice stay. location of the property is very strategic and walking distance to touristy areas.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition. But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just "CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY", in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all. Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

The hotel is quite old but has a good location. And because it is old it needs updating in some aspects. I arrived with the condition that the room couldn't be locked and the AC had problems. Even though it can be repaired afterwards, it has made less of my first impression. The staffs’ services are good, especially the doorman section.

Hotel is old but we'll maintained. Breakfast is good. Wifi too is good.location is okay.

Old hotel with old bathroom fixture and rooms. But the staff makes up the experience. Headboard made of velvet easily collect dust. Thank you mas yoga and beni for excellent hospitality

Good hotel

A nice (business??) hotel close to everything you need from culinair as warungkita and diamond or cultural like sriwedari and danarhadi. Staff are very friendly. They room is relative spacious (deluxe double) and has what a 4* hotel should have. Will definitely coming back. Hans L. The Netherlands, May/June 3rd 2022
