terrible place !!! insects in the rooms, unprofessional staff, dirty beddings, third class amenities. do not spoil your leisure time and hard money and most importantly beware of paid reviews. they don't even bother to listen to the guest once they receive money.

Location of the property was very convenient snd stay there was very comfortable. Not many people were staying there. Service was good and staff was very friendly and courteous. Food wars good. Pool was not clean and working properly. Rooms and washroom need proper cleaning.

Unclean rooms, pathetic service, bed size too small, dirty linens nothing was good at the property.

Property is great staff is also very welcoming but service is bit slow, great experience, quiet peaceful

We stayed for a night at this place. Only ordered the food once, on the day we arrived and didn't eat there again. We found the dishes to be too oily and heavy and certain things are unnecessarily sweet. Who makes dal makhni sweet? another big problem, the walls are super thin. We booked a room on the top floor which has the dining room underneath in a duplex setting, so the top floor shares the ceiling with the dining room. Anytime someone called room service, the ring of the phone was heard by us in our rooms with the door closed. At night, till 1145, a really loud group in the dining hall made a ruckus and we couldn't sleep. There was loud music being played too, apparently on some nearby property. And at 6 in the morning, the couple next door started arguing which went on for a solid hour or so. This place is not for light sleepers, and considering 3 out of 4 people in my family happen to have this issue despite being bone tired from our day of travelling, i'm inclined to look at this place in a very unfavorable light. The one good thing was that the staff is polite and cooperative. But they can only do so much in the face of all of this. I couldn't wait to get away from this place, even if to just to get a good night's sleep.

Facilities and utilities in room were not matching to charges. No wardrobe. Only open hanging rod without any pressing iron and hangers. Mattresses were were uneven and thus not comfortable. Hygiene was good. Staff behavior, room service was very good

5. Lovely rooms, each with a balcony. Spacious parking which looks planned, instead of inclined/declined parking points. Great food. Versys polite staff. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean, beautiful property with amazingly courteous staff. Food was good but the staff was really helpful, whether it was catering to needs for our children's food/water or any call that we made we were made to feel exceptionally great. Thanks, would love to visit again.

They dont know how to speak with customer. Rooms are very messy
