La ubicación es genial en el centro. También puede ir a las principales atracciones turísticas a pie o en metro. Hay un supermercado al otro lado de la calle. También hay un restaurante búlgaro cerca. También hay una bañera en la habitación y es conveniente. Creo que el área es bastante amplia. Fue una pena que el restaurante estuviera en obras de renovación y el desayuno solo tuviera cosas simples como sándwiches, pero era un buen hotel cuando se considera en su conjunto.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, a 500 m del puente de la manta, la decoración de la habitación es relativamente vieja. Los restaurantes y los servicios están bien.

Personnel peut accueillant Belle vue , proximité métro , et pas loin de l’aéroport Hôtel qui a besoin d’être rénové. Douche bizarrement construite . Lit non fait pendant le séjour Drap changé la veille du départ Quel intérêt 🤔🤔pas de tapis de sol pour la douche

I've never stayed anywhere else in Sofia so cannot comment on whether this is great for Sofia, but international 4* standard, it isn't. Most of the staff are lovely, apart from the member of staff who decided one evening that we were not allowed to have a glass of wine in the lobby bar because the bottle of wines were ”reserved” and ”for show” (the excuse changing from one minute to the next.) He couldn't explain who or why they were reserved or for show. The room servicing is, *interesting*. They say in the information in the room that the rooms are serviced daily. On the first day it wasn't serviced at all. The second, I asked it to be serviced and the towels replaced which they did but then (not joking) they screwed up the cover on the bed and put it in the corner, made half an effort to pull up the duvet, emptied a bin and did nothing else. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room is a real plus but they were not refreshed / refilled during our stay either, even when the room was ”serviced”. The bed was comfortable but one of those fit together beds rather than a true king size. It was huge but possible to get a bit caught in the middle. That said though, we didn't struggle with noise as other people did. The breakfast is fine. Typical central European type stuff and not the best quality but fresh fruit is always welcome. If it's a choice between room only at a cheaper price, I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it though. The door lock was a bit temperamental. It's worth checking it's genuinely locked behind you as ours didn't unless we carefully engaged the catch. There are safes though. The lifts were a bit dodgy as well. One obviously breaking down from time to time during our stay and be warned you need your room card to go up or down. Location wise it's superb and I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but for the price, which is not cheap for Sofia, the service needs a bit of an uplift. Also some attention to detail in the rooms would be good with a slight tear in the voile, wallpaper lifting etc. For British visitors though as this hotel is part of a Cooperative organisation, they have pictures of the first Rochdale COOP in some of the corridors. A funny little quirk if you know Rochdale. It's not the place you'd choose to decorate anywhere.

Pontos malos: - Tuvimos la mala sorpresa de encontrar un cafard muerto en la habitación durante nuestra estancia. - Sala de baño muy pequeña y no práctica. Además, estaba llena de humedad y no teníamos jabón a nuestra disposición. - La moissure était omniprésente sur le plancher et les murs. - Chambre bruyante (passage des avions). - Preses de courant très hautes et difficiles d'accès. - Beaucoup d'araignes au plafond. En resumen, los puntos negativos tienen, desgraciadamente, primas sobre los puntos positivos, lo que justifica nuestra nota de 2/5.

Este hotel está situado en una excelente ubicación: a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de autobús/tren; a 5 minutos a pie del metro; a 20 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y tienen un pequeño balcón, de los que disfruté de algunas bebidas en la noche, pero la habitación realmente necesitaba ser renovada. Mira mis fotos de la habitación y puede ver el sofá roto y el tejido de color. También diría que el personal de limpieza es un poco deficiente. Aunque no es “sucio” por saga, sin duda podría limpiarse mejor. Algunas renovaciones menores y mejores limpiezas me habrían dado la calificación de este hotel como un “cinco”.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia. What an amazing hotel this is, on the doorstep of a fantastic public transport system. The hotel is around 1 mile away from the downtown area. Don't let that put you off, the tram stop is directly outside the entrance. The room was spacious and had all of the necessities to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The fridge was a really useful addition. The bed was huge in the king room!! The housekeeping staff were great and serviced our room daily. The breakfast was a continental buffet style. Again, this was a great start to the day and was included in our room price. A good selection of hot and cold options. There is no bar area in the hotel however there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to take away to consume in your room. All of the staff members that we met were professional in their conduct and were polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the luggage room availability - as we had a late flight, the staff agreed to look after our luggage so that we could enjoy our final day in this beautiful city. The hotel price was an absolute bargain. This alongside the quality accommodation and friendly/helpful staff makes this a great choice of hotel. I would highly recommend and will return here in the future. Don't be put off by previous comments about the area around the hotel. As in any city in the world, you need to be vigilant. We had no issues at all. We found the Bulgarians to be extremely polite and welcoming.

Cuando llegamos a aparcar en el hotel, se esperaba que supiéramos dónde aparcar y a dónde ir, así que esto hizo que los primeros 15 minutos fueran insoportables. En muchas ocasiones nos dijeron que no aquí. Proporcione direcciones positivas en el futuro. El hotel en sí después del mal comienzo fue excelente. La habitación estaba limpia y útil, con una buena nevera. Aunque mi esposa encontró la cama y las almohadas incómodas, yo no lo hice. El desayuno tenía una buena selección y el comedor era espacioso. POR FAVOR, POR FAVOR, alguien le enseñe al chef a freír un huevo. Independientemente de su preferencia, ya sea sobre yema fácil, volteada o dura, todos los huevos tenían una fantástica falda de plástico quemado. CONSEJO: use el tipo correcto de aceite, no suba tanto el fuego, caliente el aceite antes de que entre el huevo y no use huevos helados. El hotel organizó taxis para nosotros y estos fueron excelentes.

We stayed here because our flight arrived late night and shuttle bus came to the sofia airport after calling the hotel. We prefer to get the shuttle bus without calling (ex. it's better if we can call the bus by app or text etc). However, the driver and all staff were really nice and friendly. Our train was very early morning so we asked the hotel to prepare our breakfast and it was really good! Thank you. Our room didn't have bathroom rug.
