Pros: El diseño del hotel es muy moderno y limpio. El personal es agradable y amigable y hace todo lo que puede para ayudarte. Este hotel es grande en sostenibilidad. No dejan botellas de plástico en su habitación. En el hotel, hay botellas de vidrio que pueden llenar en todas partes. La comida era absolutamente increíble. El desayuno no es un buffet. En los días de semana, tienes que elegir entre un desayuno búlgaro o un desayuno francés. Al principio, me decepcionó que no tuvieran una opción simple como una omeleta; fui con la opción búlgara. Eso fue fantástico. Todo estaba fresco. En los fines de semana, sólo tienes una opción de omeleta, que también fue genial. Para cenar, tengo la Baja del Mar y también fue genial! Estoy totalmente satisfecho con la comida servida en este hotel. La única crítica que puedo hacer es que la ventana de desayuno es muy pequeña y tarde (8:30 a 10:30 si recuerdo correctamente) y usted tiene que esperar más que de costumbre para conseguir su comida. Cons: Las habitaciones tienen pisos de tela, que parecen fríos, pero no son porque creo que utilizan calefacción de piso. El problema es que no ofrecen pantalones, que no me gusta, ya que las mismas telas siguen en el baño. No se siente limpio. También no ofrecen tobillos que realmente me hubiera gustado. Tuve que desconectar el refrigerador porque el compresor hizo mucho ruido cuando se desactivaba y me sentía como un dormitorio ligero. En general, recomendaría este lugar si la ubicación le adecua, sólo trae sus propios pantalones y disfruta de la comida!

Cuando llegamos a aparcar en el hotel, se esperaba que supiéramos dónde aparcar y a dónde ir, así que esto hizo que los primeros 15 minutos fueran insoportables. En muchas ocasiones nos dijeron que no aquí. Proporcione direcciones positivas en el futuro. El hotel en sí después del mal comienzo fue excelente. La habitación estaba limpia y útil, con una buena nevera. Aunque mi esposa encontró la cama y las almohadas incómodas, yo no lo hice. El desayuno tenía una buena selección y el comedor era espacioso. POR FAVOR, POR FAVOR, alguien le enseñe al chef a freír un huevo. Independientemente de su preferencia, ya sea sobre yema fácil, volteada o dura, todos los huevos tenían una fantástica falda de plástico quemado. CONSEJO: use el tipo correcto de aceite, no suba tanto el fuego, caliente el aceite antes de que entre el huevo y no use huevos helados. El hotel organizó taxis para nosotros y estos fueron excelentes.

Nos quedamos aquí por dos noches hace unas semanas. £30 por noche para una habitación doble. Buen cama firme. Calma. Grande ducha. Café y una cocina. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio. El desayuno estaba en un saco. Contenía jugo naranja, rollo de chocolate. Ovo cocido. Yogur. Y dos sandwiches de ham. Y café si lo deseas. Era suficiente para mantenernos en marcha y muy saboroso. El personal era muy útil y amable y cuidó nuestros bolsillos mientras teníamos que esperar a entrar en otros pozos después de la salida. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

We spent only one night in one of the ”panorama” rooms so this review is resticted to just those things that left an impression. The room itself is very large, being divided into three areas: a living area, bedroom and bathroom. Arguably there is also a separate hallway in front of the main door. Note however that only the bathroom is divided from the rest of the room by its own door. Everything was very clean and mostly comfortable. There was both a shower cabin and a separate bathtub, and a large selection of bathroom toiletries was provided. So far so good. It was clear that the hotel was not busy at all during the period between Christmas and new year, but despite that, there was an excellent selection of things for breakfast, hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy, together with decent coffee from a machine. One thing I didn't like, though, was that the oranges were just cut into quarters and not peeled. There is a balcony where you could take your breakdast if the weather is a bit warmer. When we arrived in the room, it was very, very warm to the point of being very uncomfortable. There are two air conditioning controls in different places in the room, and we turned them down to the lowest possible temperature (marked as 10 degrees on the control) and turned the fan speed up to maximum but it made absolutely no difference. There was still warm air coming out of the vents. The only option to cool the room was to open the windows and turn off the aircon. This of course makes it rather noisy, since the hotel is located in the city centre. This lack of effective aircon is a serious problem and given the price of the room, it should be working properly. Other people have complained about this in their reviews; the hotel really needs to do something about it, because it seriously discourages us from coming to this hotel again, especially during the summer - and we are regularly in Bulgaria every summer. Certain other things could use some attention from the hotel. The pillows on the bed are filled with some rubbery substance that provides no support and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. There seems to be no alternative available. There is a minibar in the room with items priced as high as you would expect, and when you check in, they insist that you pay a Lv50. deposit against use of the minibar, which is refunded when you check out - provided that they've checked that you haven't used anything. This is the first hotel where I've ever had to do that. The staff on reception, especially on checkout, were mechanical and not pleasant to deal with. I don't know if it's just a lack of confidence in English but it really doesn't feel great to deal with such robotic people and it is neither a good first or last contact with the hotel. The room has a safe and slippers are provided but no bathrobe. Also no iron to iron out the creases in your clothes that they've got from being in a suitcase for hours. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. Nos llegamos tarde después de un viaje de 3 horas de Kazanlak y no había comido, así que Krasimir preguntó al restaurante a la puerta de la puerta si podían cocinarnos algo de comida aunque dejaron de servir a las 9:30 pm. El servicio y la comida en el restaurante era excelente. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. En el centro de la ciudad, Krasimir nos ha reservado un taxi para volver a la ciudad, con la ayuda de que nos hayamos visto en Sofía por primera vez y de que nuestros búlgaros estén muy limitados.
