¡Me encanta el lugar! Es nuevo, por lo tanto, todavía está muy limpio, pero ¿se están realizando algunas renovaciones? ¡Pero no afecta! Además, ¡me encanta su servicio al cliente! Era el cumpleaños de mi esposo y crearon un paquete muy lindo con una nota escrita a mano. Lo amo tanto. Muy pensativo. Su personal también es muy agradable, tenían libros en exhibición y les pregunté si podía prestárselos para leérselo a mi hija, y lo permitieron de buena gana. ¡Gracias! ¡Me encantaría volver y quedarme otra vez!

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Kinda disappointed, 5 star hotel without welcome drink, nobody to carry your luggage to your room and I first didn’t get the room I booked, had to get angry on the phone for 30 minutes to finally get it. The room was good and breakfast too

En realidad, reservé una habitación con cama King y vistas a la bahía de Marina para mi estancia de cumpleaños y solicité una habitación en un piso superior. Pero durante el check-in, me dijeron que el hotel había reservado más de la mitad de la habitación con cama King y me preguntaron si me importaría coger una habitación con dos camas individuales unidas y un bono de 100 dólares para comer como compensación. Decidimos aceptar la oferta, pero cuando subimos a la habitación, me decepcionó un poco la vista, ya que estábamos en el nivel 11 y, una vez que abrí la puerta, pude ver inmediatamente el sitio de construcción justo delante de mí antes de la vista a la bahía de Marina. Era realmente desagradable a la vista. Como era una estancia de cumpleaños para mí, decidí ver si podía pagar una mejora de categoría. Al final, logré pagar una mejora de categoría a la Millenia Suite (la única suite que quedaba). El personal me había dado un descuento de 300 dólares y me permitió conservar el bono de 100 dólares para comer. Responden muy rápido y me impresiona que todo su personal tenga la autonomía para ofrecer a los huéspedes descuentos y beneficios. Como dije, era una estadía de cumpleaños y el hotel me había regalado algunos postres del chef y una tarjeta de cumpleaños personalizada escrita a mano. ¡Es un gesto muy lindo! En realidad, cuesta mucho más de lo esperado, pero la vista y la habitación en el nivel 31 hacen que mi cumpleaños sea memorable.

The hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating. Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.

Good location but the hotel check in process is a little slow and they don’t have special parking rate for hotel guest, will have to pay for the parking about 50 dollars a night

It falls short compared to other Marriotts in different countries. It's somewhat disappointing, but at least the room is clean.

Me alojé aquí muchas veces y esta es la primera vez que la habitación incluye algunas papas fritas, nueces y bebidas. Disfruté de la estancia y la habitación era decente. Solo que el inodoro es demasiado pequeño. Por lo demás todo bien!

The hotel is very new and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I left my ID at the front desk when checking in and the staff only called me after 8am to not disturb me at night. Located at a distance from the MTR station but there are plenty of buses, and it's lovely neighborhood! Would stay here again the next time I'm in Singapore.

El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas y tiene una gran ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy limpio, tiene una ducha grande (muy buena!!!) y se limpia todos los días. ¡Me gustaba que en la cama había dos diferentes cucharas, una suave y una firme! ¡Porque sólo me gustan las suaves, es genial para mí! La comida es muy agradable y útil. Reservar taxis en la noche para nosotros o dar buenas consejos como tuvimos algunos problemas con la tarjeta de crédito (no era culpa del hotel, era el banco!) y lo mejor : la cosa siempre sonríe! ¡No olvidemos la bonita máquina de zumo de naranja (dos!). tener un zumo de naranja fresco después del día de trabajo caliente fue genial! No me tomé ninguna foto del hotel, pero lo hice de la máquina de jugo :) El desayuno era agradable y siempre hay algo para todos. Me encanta la comida asiática, así que me disfruté de los caya y los frutos frescos. El café también es agradable y me encanta el té masala! En la esquina del hotel se puede comer famoso Katong laksa! el mejor en la ciudad en mi opinión honesta! También cinco estrellas de pollo es un buen lugar para comer, ya que sirven un buen arroz de pollo hainanes. Si sales de la calle de cinco estrellas de pollo, encontrarás Mel ́s Place, un hermoso jardín de cerveza con gente local. Cuando viaja, me gusta conectar con la gente local y obtener más consejos agradables para ir, así que mis consejos aquí están lejos de las zonas turísticas y eventos.
