Wonderful hotel, room and location. 2nd property we stayed at that's under The Unlimited Collection. Lovely that they have the bar and open pantry for guests at the lobby. It's amazing to be able to walk to Chinatown, raffles place, tanjong pagar etc. Within walking distance of must visit hawker centres such as maxwell, amoy, Hong lim. Staff are really polite and welcoming. The only issue is that the in room TV is not a smart TV which allows one to connect their samsung phone and stream their own shows. We previously stayed at Wanderlust which is under the same group, where the room has a smart tv!! (sorry only a picture of the lobby and a blur screen grab of the bed... but I did take a video of the room which unfortunately I am unable to upload since there isn't a video upload option)

Fantastic location with 2 very good hawker centres within short walking distance. The free flow coffee and snacks bar at the lobby was very delightful. The free 1 hour alcohol drinks on one of the days was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

衞生：乾淨！
環境：温馨，安靜！
服務：完美！工作人員態度非常好，很耐心！國內儲蓄卡💳也可用於Deposit!
全程英文溝通！交通便利，附近地鐵，711便利店買地鐵卡，公交卡，龍牙寺景點很近。

近三個地鐵站 很安靜 設施蠻好 登機前十分鐘才定下來的 沒踩雷 我真是太棒了 工作人員馬來西亞人 我用蹩腳的英文溝通無障礙 住得很安心

第一天早班機到達
沒辦法提前入住 前台人員很親切招待我們
大廳有簡單的飲料咖啡點心可以用
也能稍作休息
Boutique 旅館 是屬於比較有特色
想要求跟五星酒店一樣的設施服務那是不太可能
但是再怎麼樣也是集團旗下管理
一個晚上兩千的價格 入住下來感覺有點太高
第一天就發現被單有那種沒曬乾的、汗臭味
下樓要求換被子
前台説房務七點已經下班
沒辦法換
這時候真的感覺相當無助
雖然前台很熱心幫忙 但是實在解決不了問題
過了兩天才幫我們換⋯
酒店沒有健身房 泳池
衹有房間可以睡覺
這也是非常不足
不過他的定位是boutique 就算了
浴室面盆排水很差 並且有點異味
這些東西都是因為是老房子 可以理解
但是不能接受

對房間環境很滿意，離地鐵站有些距離，但是對於叫車出行就沒有任何問題啦。酒店的床很舒服，衞浴也不錯。就是房間沒電話，電梯維護沒有事先提示，還要爬樓問前台，退房行李也沒有幫忙搬下樓。。。其實吃早飯的時候可以告知，也可能我們沒看到。

我覺得挺好，市區有這樣的住處可以啦，我們這間大床房還挺大，酒店挺有格調的，我們挺喜歡這種風格，新加坡的酒店一般大堂都不大，這個更小，酒店大門都不顯眼，這個沒關係，進門前台很熱情，天又熱，馬上有男服務員主動過來十一小點心還有喝的聽裝飲料都免費，隨便拿，挺好，十一期間價格1300多能接受，雖然不含早餐，但是幾步遠就是個大排檔，早中晚都有吃的，價格也平民消費，可以啦，挺好的，市區隨便走走也方便。唯一建議就是衞生間和淋雨間應該裝個門，裝個摺疊門或者玻璃門沒問題，要不然洗手枱加馬桶加洗澡三個空間衹能被一個人同時佔用，空間使用不合理
