我們在這住了兩晚上，我訂的是海景房入住時把我放在一樓，雖然有海景但太低了很多東西被擋住了。正好我的廁所有些問題，需要修理，我就找到前台要求換房。因為客房已經滿了，她們就免費給我們了一個兩個卧室的套房在5樓。環境非常優美（看照片）附近也很方便，還有一個小超市，可以自己做東西吃。另外附近有一家中國人餐館味道不錯。這裏一個特出景色是離飛機場近可以看飛機起飛下降。沙灘上都是人在看。大家如果訂這家酒店時應該要求住二樓以上的房間。它着基本都是海景套房。

Great location and friendly staff. The staff is always available to answer questions. Had one issue with a heavy-set woman at towel hut. She would not get up to get us towels so a security officer went inside and handed us towels. Aside from that one hiccup everything was great!

There is a bar the likes the blast music late at night if you are on the side closest to the airport. I could literally feel the bass shaking the room. I diddnt get much sleep.

Location is amazing but rooms leave more to be desired. They are dated and do not feel clean. We found several mosquitos in our room.

Property was in distance of many dining options, close to the airport and on Maho Beach.
The unavailability of a late check out put a damper on my last day.

This is a timeshare hotel. This location was chosen for its proximity to the airport and beach. Unfortunately the management here has policys that were significant less than ideal for a short stay. Checkin after 4pm and checkout at 10am. This was challenging for tired travelers wanting to recover before continuing there travels. No flexibility as well...
They do offer luggage storage that is very basic and not secure by any means.
The rooms were basic and included no hot water! Even with a Suite !
Other guests also had complained to the desk while we were checking out about similar facts. And issues in checkin and security of belongings.

It was terrible and they gave me a room first whicn was not clean after someone had left then they moved me to a room all they way in the corner and then no hot water also would never recommend this hotel to anyone 😌 also complained to ******* agent but didn’t help
