«The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.»
