The hotel helped me check in quickly, even though I was exhausted after a long trip, they also help me setup a charger for my car, and the breakfast was also good, they upgraded our room to a three bed room for free, the service was excellent, I will stay here again if I come again. The room had a nice view of the mountains, you can also view the lake from some rooms.

The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero la higiene limpia, las instalaciones también están en posición, la presión de agua es suficiente, llegué a más de nueve horas de la noche. Una hermana de la señorita está esperando nuestro coche en el camino, y un especial me lleva a la habitación, también me ayuda a llevar el equipaje. La habitación está abierto de calor en el futuro, muy intimidad. El hotel está cerca de la zona del panorama, justo al lado del lago espejo del cielo, y se puede evitar la multitud si se levanta temprano. Lamentablemente, el tiempo no es bueno ese día, y la noche debería ser hermosa.

Este es nuestro segundo alojamiento en este hotel, un lugar ideal, a menos de 5 minutos a pie puede llegar a la zona con un montón de restaurantes situados. Recomiendo sinceramente este hotel y la gente que está caliente y realmente dispuesto a dar una mano de ayuda.

The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. There was even an oxygen diffuser in the room, which was perfect for someone like me who is prone to altitude sickness. I slept very well and didn't experience any symptoms at all. The hotel also gave me a welcome gift—yak milk yogurt. It was excellent, and it was my first time trying it. What impressed me the most was the bathroom. The toilet was fully automatic with a built-in bidet, so I hardly needed to use toilet paper. If I visit Chaka again in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.

No hot water in the shower. People smoking in the breakfast restaurant.  Very poor selection for breakfast, especially for western  We arrived late and they were very nice and offered to bring it to the room. But when we got it, it was cold (beef, cauliflower and green beans).

Este hotel en Chaka me brindó un servicio excepcionalmente cálido y acogedor durante toda mi estancia, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera maravillosa. El personal de recepción fue amable y paciente, agilizando el registro y proporcionando información sobre rutas panorámicas y precauciones para zonas de gran altitud. El personal de limpieza fue meticuloso y atento a todas mis necesidades. Todos fueron educados y corteses, sin dar nunca una respuesta superficial. Las instalaciones estaban bien mantenidas, el aparcamiento era cómodo y había estaciones de carga cerca. El servicio en general fue atento y sincero, lo que hizo que mi estancia en Chaka fuera muy placentera. El cielo estrellado era precioso y la tranquilidad del lugar me garantizó un buen descanso. Excelente relación calidad-precio, una experiencia perfecta en general y muy recomendable.

The shower water pressure is very low and the hot/cold water is terrible, it's either too hot until can burn your skin or it's too cold. Even if you didn't turn the knob,one minute it's cold , the next it is icy cold. Also after exit lift, you have to lift your luggage as the surface is not smooth. This is really inconvenient to your guests with luggage. Other than this 2 point, the room is nice and worth to stay.
