Courteous and all time smiling staff particularly Longingmon and Risa……..clean rooms………good food……nice music…comfortable and suitable for family……perfect location in the middle of the city……price is also reasonable.

The service staff is extremely kind and accommodating! The rooms are comfortable and housekeeping is thorough with their job. The food service can be a bit slow during rush, but it is worth the wait. I will return to this place for my next visit! 10/10 recommend this place!

Nice and comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. Property is easily accessible to markets nearby. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Front desk ***ager Mr Iainang was very friendly and cooperative for early departure. Highly recommend Hotel Heiga, Shillong

We had an absolutely amazing time at Heiga VNS. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special mention to Ms. Hanika who went out of the way to ensure that we were comfortable. I will definitely go back for her hospitality.

Really very nice hotel. Rooms are big, clean and look very luxurious. Major attraction is their restaurant... the food is great on taste and quantity is also very good. The hotel and restaurant staff handle everything very politely. Good for family stay.

The first thing service was excellent and the food the restaurant ambience and the staff was very active and hard working the place is near the rood it is very easy to come and dine here good experience for sure will visit again 😀 👍 😉 😄 😁 👌 😀

The staff were very courteous. The food was great. The view is magnificent. The ambience is also very great. Thank you so much for everything. It was recommended by Kong Pala. The music was also great. It was a treat by our dearest Kong Pala. Will definitely visit again.
