Attached to the Shenzhen airport terminal 3, very convenient. The breakfast is lack of variety but reasonable quality except the coffee make by coffee machine is ugly taste

Super convenient location, walking distance from T3, excellent if you have an early flight. Very friendly staff and well equipped, lots of choices for breakfast, too. I was offered a free upgrade at the time of check in.

This hotel is perfect for early flight departure or late arrival.

It is right next to the airport terminal, very convenient!
The room is very clean and spacious! Breakfast is good, gym is ok.
The staff are very nice and helpful. They extended my stay till 1:00pm as my flight is 2:50pm.
Only thing that I think need improvement would be some water pipe noice that I have no idea where it came from!
Would definitely stay again if I need to spend a night next to the airport to catch flight.

Everything you need to stay overnight at the airport hotel. The best thing about this hotel is it's location and direct connection to the airport terminal. If you need a basic stay, nothing fancy, nothing too basic, this is perfect place. My flight was at 7:30 in the morning so I needed to be as close as possible to the airport.
I believe we were upgraded to a junior suite as the room was gigantic with a small kitchenette.
Strongly recommend.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition
I chose the Hyatt Place for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Perfect location in terminal 3 so it's very convenient for early morning flights. They even prepare you a breakfast box if you leave before the breakfast open at 6am. Very clean too.

非常便捷，不用出機場，提了行李出來一直走然後從14號門出去再坐電梯上一層樓就到了酒店大堂外的一個空曠的空間，右轉進玻璃門就是大堂，大堂的小哥哥非常和氣，辦理入住很開心，服務一級棒👍！房間乾淨開闊，一點不像一般的酒店那樣空間憋屈，衞生間乾濕分區，就連梳粧台與盥洗台都是分區的，整個衞生間乾淨無異味，床品乾淨舒適，還有可以簡單燒飯的廚台，這個倒是用不上，早餐雖不如五星酒店那麼豐盛，但也美味可口，其實早餐又能吃多下少東西多少花樣呢，反正我覺得挺滿意的，有機會還會選擇這裏

酒店房間非常不錯，乾淨沒有異味，非吸煙房間一點煙味兒都沒有。房間很大，竟然還有廚房。房間裏很安靜，舒適。離機場很近，是去機場最近的酒店了。
