萬豪酒店座落在深圳市東西主幹道深南大道上，酒店位置好，出入很方便，走進大堂前台小呂和小李二位特別熱情，我預訂的是無早餐的房間，特別在意地送了二份早餐，房間清潔衞生，設施完備，以後有機會一定入住！

訂了行政房很不錯，最高層行政酒廊下午2：30就有下午茶、晚上有簡餐、晚8點有多種酒這些全部都免費提供，行政房雖然大，但感到壓抑，衞生間乾濕分離，健身房大，器材多樣。早餐品種多樣。

Facilities: The hotel is located on the edge of Shennan Avenue in Futian District. It has been open for quite some time since 2009. The king size rooms have been newly renovated, while the other rooms are relatively old. It is not recommended for those who like the new hotel to choose. The facilities and equipment are not perfect. This time, they were woken up due to sound insulation issues, and the hotel has already received treatment results. Hygiene: Apart from the heavy equipment, the hygiene is done quite well, and the cleaning is also done in a timely manner. Environment: The lobby is decorated in a luxurious style, and the restaurant and room environment are both decent. Service: We attach great importance to the guest's check-in experience. Stella at the front desk calls in advance to inquire about the arrival time and room requirements, arranges rooms according to her preferences, and promptly handles and provides feedback on any issues after check-in. Whether it's front desk reception or room service, every employee is enthusiastic and friendly, always treating people with a smile and warm words. This makes us feel at home and leaves a deep impression. The hotel still needs improvement, and the service is full marks!

Perfect trip. With good facilities and environment. Very close to shopping mall and good food surrounding there. Satisfied.
