The room is pretty and the space is large as featured. However, the check in process is very troublesome. Firstly, the address given is not accurate so we can’t find the location untill we contact the owner via WeChat. We found ourselves stuck in the shopping mall as we do not have the card access and we need to go through the back gate of the shopping mall to get to the 18 Yi B&B. It is surrounded by shopping mall but the entrance to the building is at the back of the mall which can be very dark at night. Secondly, the room number and pin show in the trip.com app is inaccurate. After contacted the owner, we are told that the room is the luggage storage place and the pin don even work. So we are struggling to find our room. Luckily the owner response rate is fast. Thirdly, the check in is done via the convenience shop auntie who need to take a picture of us with our passport as being a foreigner we could not access the online app. Fourthly, the pin given by the owner via WeChat is wrong so when we get back we realised we can’t open the door. This is super frustrating as we didn’t validate the pin no. given and we leave for our next itinerary. When we get back, it is quite late so we are worried that we can’t get into our room if the owner don’t reply. Lastly, there is no washing machine inside, not sure where is the laundry room. The toilet paper given is limited so need to contact the owner for more. If there are vacuum cleaner will be great cos there is no housekeeping. Having some cleaning tools and extra toiletries inside the room will be better. Overall, it is important to WeChat the owner on the check in process. So it is not suitable for foreigners who are not familiar with the process.
