房間乾淨整潔，有地暖，早餐豐富多樣，可以選擇中式、西式和藏式早餐，每天不重樣，管家的服務親切貼心，第一次帶小朋友前往高海拔地區原本很擔心高反，但在千瑞吉的每一天我們都吃得好睡得好，房間床墊的零重力模式可以掃去一天的疲勞，所以全家全程無高反，很大部分要歸功於酒店的舒適温暖，給我們在香格里拉的整個旅程留下了美好難忘的回憶，下一次再到香格里拉我一定會毫不猶豫的再次選擇千瑞吉！

這次帶着家人來雲南春節旅行，在大理麗江都選擇的連鎖酒店，香格里拉在攜程上選擇了千瑞吉，一下高鐵就有師傅接機，入住酒店時有前台扎西小姐姐送哈達，酒店的整體裝修和入住體驗老爸老媽都讚不絕口，重點表揚了以下幾點： 1. 環境：整體裝修奢華，設施智能，100寸大電視，地暖，一樓還有一台鋼琴（小朋友玩了好幾次） 2. 服務：非常不錯，有水果，甜湯，好吃的零食，早；餐更是有中西藏三種選擇，非常豐盛，且推薦了一家很好吃的土鍋雞，連續吃了兩頓； 3. 位置：酒店在獨克宗古城北側700米的位置，周邊是居民區，安靜便利； 本次旅行唯一的遺憾是因為大雪沒有去看梅里雪山，下次來香格里拉看日照金山，還選擇這家酒店

If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would have. Staff service was impeccable, professional and maintained with a nice warm personal touch. This is not a St Regis as stated in the Trip.com page, but DO NOT be turned off by that, because the amenities (oxygen supply, free train/airport drop off, welcome snacks/tea, daily fruit platter), and the overall quality of the hotel room stands up to it's 5 star rating. Shangri la was -7 degrees the night we were there, it was too cold for us to be out and Abt, but no worries, we made full use of the 100inch tv in the room instead. Highly recommended hotel that's a 10/15mins walk from the Dukezong ancient town. Discovered a nice river viewing point while walking back to hotel from the ancient town - see picture.

Will book this hotel again for next trip in different season.Staff is friendly, good service, nice breakfast and dessert. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you....👍

We had an absolutely wonderful 4 night stay at 千瑞吉! Here’s why: 1. Rooms were spacious and came with heated floors. Great for us tropical dwellers who aren’t so good with the cold! Oxygen was pumped into the rooms from 630pm onwards, which helped with the high altitude in Shangri-la. One thing that stood out for us was definitely the 100 inch Xiaomi TV, a great theatre experience! 2. Breakfast was sumptuous! We could choose from three varieties: Western, Chinese or *******. The food was plentiful and yummy, especially the 糯米鸡 which they served us on our last day! Two bowls of 甜汤 would also be brought to our room every evening, we loved this little detail! 3. Service is impeccable! 扎西 was responsive and provided great advice on the things to do in Shangri-la. She recommended that we rent electric scooters to scoot around Napahai lake, and that turned out to be one of the best experiences we had in Yunnan! Her warm cheerful laughter, great personality and top notch service made our trip awesome ☺️ Although this probably isn’t the St Regis you’re thinking of, it has all the makings of a high end hotel chain at a much affordable price point! We 12/10 would recommend staying here on your next trip to Shangri-la. Thank you again!

We chose this hotel for its new and modern rooms kitted with oxygen supply. We were pleased with the welcome drinks and fresh towels upon arrival. We loved our room, which included a comfortable bed, open concept bathroom with strong shower pressure, choice of designer toiletries, automated oxygen supply after 630pm to help with the high altitude, a 100 inch Xiaomi TV and quality tea minibar snacks in the room lounge area. We wished we could have a better view than the building next door but this is a small issue as we were out most of the time. We enjoyed the good night dessert left in our room every night, and we had ample ******* breakfast every morning, which kept us energised till afternoon. (You can also choose Chinese and Western breakfast.) The hotel provides free bottled water in the lobby, convenient before stepping out or returning from a long day. We thought there was a butler service to help with maps, travel information, transportation or tours in and around Shangri-La but maybe we were mistaken. The two female reception staff and concierge were friendly and helpful in answering our questions but they were also busy doubling up as room and breakfast service staff. Despite this, they did a good job of tending to many guests. Location of the hotel is outside of the old town. We have to take a 12-15 minute walk along a side road and cross an avenue to get to the bridge that leads you to the entrance of the old town. Not to worry, if you do not wish to walk to town (or walk back at night), taxis or DiDi aren't expensive. We would still recommend the hotel for its great value.

酒店位置不錯 離古城大約15分鐘步程，步行入城比坐車方便，酒店硬件配置很好，房間舒適。早餐是以套餐形式上，說是即做的，但我点的西式早餐三文治是凍的，感覺不太好，酒店服務員態度好親切，值得一讚。

設施：酒店很新今年年中才開業，設施都不錯，洗漱用品還可以根據洗好來選擇不同的味道。 衞生：因為新所以很乾凈，但是蒼蠅不少 從進入酒店大堂開始就頭頂上圍繞着不少蒼蠅 進入房間也有幾衹，後來和管家小姐姐要了蒼蠅拍子解決了這個問題。 環境：裝修風格很現代。 服務：管家服務不錯，任何問題都及時回答並解決，有歡迎差點和水果，晚上還有銀耳羹，我們到那天也許因為客人不多吧 從前台到客房服務衹有一個姑娘，第二天早飯倒是兩個人服務，早餐是定製早餐，建議選擇藏式的挺好吃的，我們選了兩份西餐想換一份藏式的，但因為已經送上來了就算剛上桌沒有動業是不給更換的，最好提前定好。 不滿意的地方： 是酒店的彌散供氧，我覺得完全是擺設，前一天18點30份開始供氧我就打開了，一直開着到第二天早上7點05分起來我一看從3300-3160，不是我之前在評論中看到的，從3300-1800，充分懷疑評論的真實性。 還有就是室內是否裝修污染安全達標我持懷疑態度，因為我的眼睛很敏感，對於任何刺激都會反應很敏鋭，我在房間待着會發澀的感覺，去古城吃飯幾個小時是沒事兒的，回來待一陣子就開始有感覺，好在我的父母和孩子都是沒有任何感覺，而且我就住一晚上再換地方實在太折騰了，但是客觀講對於以後是否還定新開的酒店，我的答案一定是否定的，不論是否真有污染還是心裏覺得不舒服，尤其帶着孩子，對自己這個選擇還是有些後悔的，引以為戒吧。

Was excellent. Better than many of the internationally renowned hotel chains, in terms of the facilities, design language and service. Staff was very supportive and understanding even though we didn't understand Mandarin or the ******* language. Only thing of concern, was that there was not a pinned address for the hotel on the map for the Didi app, which made things a little difficult. All in all, highly recommended for international travellers.
