Good breakfast and clean room. The view from window was a golf course. Good scenery. If the hotel provide bath robe will be very nice

Great hospitality. From bellman, front desk staff to cafe staff all were friendly. We are having our good time here. Its just the place is away from the centre. Overall i might say its a good place to stay. Thanks

You will be welcomed with nice mango cocktail drink. The environment is cosy, newly revamp room & lounge settings . It's comfortable however could be better because I found out rooms are not that clean upon check in. Wifi is good too as my room is located at far end. Look forward to be back soon

After renovation everything become much better. The variety and freshness of breakfast can be improved

Rooms are bright and big. If cleaner would be greatly better. Sounding is very fair. Breakfast is of very wide varieties, quality could be better. But the golf course is great and the view as well. Conditions there lies would give the hotel a much greater experience with a little more attention to details. It’s been a nice stay overall.

PROS: 1. The room has excellent sound proofing and the hotel is also located in an exclusive golf court hence the quiet surrounding. There was not a pitch of external noise entering the room during my stay there which was very peaceful and nice for a light sleeper like me. 2. The designs and landscaping look luxurious for Instagram posts. 3. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They have a buggy ride from the parking to the reception. CONS: 1. The traffic to get there was terrible. It’s of course not the hotel’s fault but long distance driver should have proper meal and toilet break first before entering the Glenmarie intersection. I thought the hotel was near but ended up stuck in the traffic for 30 mins holding my bladder 😅 2. They don’t have iron in the room that I were staying at. I guess we can call and request for it but for its status as a 4/5 stars hotel, I think it will be more convenient for each room to have it 3. The breakfast was average and the catering staffs look a bit rushed and nervous when attending the morning crowds. I paid cheaper price (RM 20-30) per head due to promotion and it was definitely worth it. But if the normal price is any higher than the range that I’ve paid, I don’t think it is worth it for me as most of the food taste a lil bit too dry and plain to me. But again, that’s very subjective
