Desde un hotel reclamado como 5 estrellas, esperaría mucho mejor organización y servicio. ¡Desde el desayuno, nunca he esperado en línea para llegar a la habitación del desayuno, pero esta vez! Por supuesto, durante estos días se esperaba una gran multitud, pero eso no es una excusa para mí. El personal era agradable, pero simplemente no lo suficiente o no estaba preparado para hacer frente a la cantidad de huéspedes; los asientos estaban disponibles, pero las mesas no estaban preparadas a tiempo y preparadas para los huéspedes. El hotel está situado en una zona de baño con bañera, con una piscina cubierta y una habitación con baño privado, sin asientos, a menos que utilice la zona de sauna con un coste adicional. Todas las familias que no estaban interesadas en la sauna tuvieron que hacer frente a niños con sólo 2 duchas cada una para áreas masculinas y femeninas, en pie, sin secador de pelo, y toallas pequeñas. Después del servicio de habitaciones no se sustituyó el agua de complimentación todos los días, así como el baño y los pantalones de baño. ¡Es todo lo que podemos vivir sin, pero como dije, hablamos de hotel de 5 estrellas, y el dinero gastado para eso!

El hotel dispone de un ascensor, una estación de metro y una salida más cercana al hotel. La habitación es bastante grande pero no se olvide de que hay un jacuzzi en el cuarto y las puertas y paredes de la habitación están congeladas. La gente en el cuarto puede verte mientras duchas. Bidet está disponible en el asiento de la habitación y está calentada. El hotel dispone de una habitación con vistas a la ciudad con vistas parcialmente oscuras a la torre namsan. Puede disfrutar del sol y del sol que se levanta desde la habitación.

This was my first time visited Korea, and I stayed in this hotel on 31 may-5 june 2023. I was got confused on the first time I arrived because I can't find the reception and it was no staff standby to assist and directing. Apparently, the lobby area is on the 4th floor (press L in the lift). The first floor is only the bakery shop and concierge (but nobody was there when I arrived). And no any signage either. The lobby area is modern and has a good interior. All of the staffs are all well mannered, friendly and helpful, some even speak good English. The room size is not too big, but still fair. I like the bathroom with shower head. it was clean and the lighting of the room is good. But unfortunately, the main reason I chose this hotel in this area was because I want to have a room with Han River view. It was named 'Standard Han River View Double Room', so I had a huge expectation it would really provided a good view of Han River. In fact, the building was not directly face to Han River (a little bit cross 45 degree) and was blocked with other higher surrounding buildings. and most disappointing, it doesn't have a full wide window, the window was separated by a thick wall in the middle. (I forget to took a proper photo, so I screenshot from my video to my boyfriend). I asked the staff whether we could have a room with full wide window and he said that all rooms' window configuration are all same. so i feel my hussle was really in vain to intentionally move to another hotel since my previous hotel located much more strategically to my itinerary (and actually has a bigger room size and cheaper -- i consider this is more expensive because of the brand and the location). The hotel location itself is actually very convenience because it has a direct bus stop in front of, and Yongsan station is literally across the hotel. Another good point, it also has 24 hour of coin laundry in the building (cost 3,000 won for laundry and 3,000 won for dryer). u can directly buy the detergen+softener for 1,000 won in the vending machine in the laundry room. Overall besides the Han River disappointing expectation, i can say that my stay experience here was lovely. The cleanliness of room, helpful and fluent English staffs were all great.

The location is perfect, 10 minute walk from bustling itaewon town. Lots of good restaurants and food nearby. Breakfast was amazing and although it's not buffet style I really like picking out different meal each day. Gym and indoor pool are first class but I think it's a bit cheeky to pay extra to use the sauna/hot spring and altitude pool which attracted me in the first place. Rooms are clean and well maintained with lovely coffee but a bit small considering the price. The bathroom also has a slip hazard as the towel does not fit under the shower door and the shower water overflows often. The salon downstairs was amazing, I just felt that the hotel was more style than substance.

El hotel de 4 puntos es muy nuevo y a 10 minutos a pie de la Metro de Seúl, Lotte Outlet y Lotte Mart. Hay muchos lugares de interés alrededor, una tienda GS25 y una tienda CU, y un restaurante junto al hotel. También tienen café Starbuck en el lobby del hotel! El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy bien situado. Excelente ubicación, tranquila habitación. Excelente servicio al cliente y personal amigable. Grandes instalaciones. Y una buena selección de té. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. El hotel está conectado a Novotel y ibis yongsan, y a la estación de Yongsan. 2 estaciones a distancia de la estación de Seúl. Fácil de llegar. Nada más alrededor, excepto un centro comercial ipark. El personal de servicio también fue amigable y útil!

It's a motel. But it's very clean and has a giant TV. Basic amenities are available. You barely interact with a human being. You pick up your key from a vending machine that can check your reservation and later return the key to a box. If you need anything, you can call the front desk (usually there is one person taking care of the entire thing). The location is fantastic. It's a short five-minute walk to the nearest subway station and a two-minute walk to the express bus stop going to the Incheon airport. There are four convenience stores within walking distance.
