수영장,로열스위트룸 시설 다 만족합니다!!수영장도 좋았고, 욕조에서 보이는 뷰는 끝내주네요 . 가격이 아깝지 않았을 만큼 깨끗하고 이뻤어요!
호텔에서 체크인 전 브런치를 이용할 생각으로 일찍 도착하게 되었는데, 코로나 시기라서 운영은 따로 안 하더라구요! 뷔페는 사전에 미리 연락후 이용해야 할것 같아요, 일찍 도착했던 터라 로비직원 분께 체크인만 먼저 가능할지 여쭤보니 성명,예약처만 물어보시더니 2시30분 부터 가능하다고 딱 잘라 말하시길래 기분이 좀 상하긴 했습니다.
체크인전 수영장 안내는 바라지도 않았지만, 방이 아직 체크아웃이 안됐다거나 청소중이라면 그렇게라도 안내해주셨으면 더 좋았을것 같아요. 처음 이용하는 호텔이라 수영장 입장에 대해서도 물어보는데 귀찮은 표정으로 단답으로 대답하시는 태도에 깜짝 놀랐습니다…
근처에서 점심을 먹고 2시쯤 다시오니 다른 직원분이 친절히 수영장이용 및 체크인을 도와주셨습니다 .
고객응대만 좀 더 신경쓰시면 완벽한 호텔이 될것 같아요.
덕분에 연휴 잘 보내고 왔습니다! 감사합니다!

Back here for the 2nd leg of my trip in a different room. Same comments - room is spacious and a bit dimly lit, this time there was no water noise :)

Stay with 2 friends for a night. Decent location for an affordable price. The room was big enough for 3 people and clean. Overall a positive experience.

This hotel is very close to Hongik University with big enough space in the room. I think people can afford L7 can choose this hotel and this won’t disappoint you. The front desk staffs are very friendly and good at English too.

This place was strongly recommended by my friend. About 8minutes walk from hongdae subway exit 1. I liked that it was at the quieter side of hongdae so it would not be noisy at night and you can have a good night rest. Room is really clean and quite spacious. The only downside was that the lighting in the room is a bit dim. You could request for a table lamp from the front desk.

I’m so disappointed with this booking.
I’m paying $1520 for a Standard Double room. Whereby a Deluxe Double room from Agoda is only $1332.00
I have informed the hotel and was told that they follow accordingly to the respective room that we booked.
This is such a disappointment . I have been using Trip.com to book multiple trips for the past years. Yet I was overcharged.
Hotel wasn’t fantastic and this is a 4 star hotel which is much more expensive than other hotels in Seoul.
It doesn’t even have basic amenities such as microwave to heat up food. And Weighing of luggages. Hallway was too dark.
Underestand hotel wants to save electricity, the lights goes off every 10 seconds. I have to walk every 10 seconds (Sensor) so that the lights can turn on.
The air-con also automatically switched off during the middle of the night. I cannot control the aircon at night.
Also, when ask to make up room, it never happen and also no clear my rubbish too.
Also for my future trips maybe I might need to do some compare before I go to trip.com.
