we had booked a room with a double bed, but when we got there they gave us a twin bed, and when we showed our booking, the reception said that they don't have such rooms at all, lying is really not nice. the whole hotel and rooms are super small, no fridge in the rooms, bathroom is 100 years old with white plastic curtain. and they are not that helpful or friendly. Really not happy with such high prices that you can't book anything decent in Switzerland. the only plus was the breakfast and parking in front of their door.

A good clean and well appointed hotel with parking spaces. Plenty of local facilities such as shops, restaurants and access to public transport.

I would have appreciated if they atleast gave water bottles everyday of our stay. Charging 5 Francs for a bottle was a way too much considering we already paid them 425 Francs for 2 nights. Breakfast and facilities were just average.

Rooms were good and clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Near tram station and walkable to the train station. There is no air conditioning but rooms had portable fans to help cool it down.

Staff, ground and ease of access to public transportation were wonderful! The hotel is super cute and modern. Breakfast was simple but delicious and the staff was so kind and helpful. I wish the pillows had been more firm and I wish there was an additional fan or air conditioning for the room.

This hotel is about an eight-minute walk from the main train station. It was not anything fancy but it was clean and comfortable (better than expected) and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
