El desayuno es normal, es bastante bueno comparado con Canadá. Buena ubicación, estacionamiento gratuito, muy seguro. El entorno que lo rodea es bueno y tranquilo. El servicio de recepción es excelente. Apto para niños, hay una piscina.

Nos encanta la calle que permanece el Bessborough. La mezcla de historia y cultura con las comodidades modernas es genial. Las habitaciones están actualizadas y limpias, la cama es cómoda. Las instalaciones para hacer ejercicio están abiertas las 24 horas y la bañera de hidromasaje siempre está caliente. La ubicación es excelente cerca de muchos buenos restaurantes y tiendas. Brandon nos cuidó durante nuestra estancia y fue excelente.

Amazing and accommodating staff! Each one of the staff I interacted with was friendly and smiling. My wife and I booked the jacuzzi suite and it was roomy and well laid out! One tip would be to include some bubble bath :) The few ”negatives” are.... was 8/10 clean but overall nothing to complain about and bath robes were missing which they provided promptly when asked. I do wish a later checkout could have been accommodated (they did provide noon checkout) but hotel was packed so understandable. The staff checked in daily via text which was a first for us and great touch. Definitely will stay again if in Saskatoon and would recommend!!

I stayed at this hotel with three other friends and we were all disappointed.Whenwe made our reservation we informed them there would be four adults in the room but the stocked articles in the room did not reflect our reservation ie just one bottle of water,two glasses,one face cloth etc.When we requested additional supplies the staff were happy to provide them.The beds were very comfortable but the bathroom was not the cleanest. The lobby had a lemon water dispenser that remained empty from 2pm Saturday to when we checked out around 11:30.Aroma restaurant was a disappointment,the wait for our food was excessive on Saturday night.The restaurant was not busy when we arrived.Sunday morning three of us ordered eggs Benedict and we had to send the first plate back as the potatoes and the eggs were not hot.When they were replaced the plates were hot but the food was just warm.The hollandaise sauce was rather tasteless and scarce.We were given a 25%discount which we appreciated,however we are not likely to return. When we were given our bill there was a 38 dollar charge for parking which we were surprised by as we had not been told there would be a charge.When we complained this charge was removed and we thank you for that. Given the rather steep charge for the hotel room we were expecting a better experience.There are other hotels that offer similar amenities for less money and we will patronize them in the future. The staff were pleasant .

El hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de Saskatoon, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad de Saskatoon. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas. La casa no encontró mi chaqueta.. hmmmm no estoy seguro de lo bien se limpia si no notas una chaqueta en un armario. Sé 100% que estaba encerrada y dejada en el armario y por error lo olvidé. Estoy muy decepcionado por las afirmaciones de la custodia de la casa que no encontraron.
