Simply fantastic the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was simply amazing.,the location of the hotel was strategic in fira and walking distance to ferostefani. Highly recommended hotel to stay.

酒店非常好，非常美，又是懸崖酒店。房間，泳池，早餐，所有的設計和服務很高級。除了無邊泳池，每個房間還有泳池。房間的服務也特別好。有兩個服務人員給我留下深刻印象，Livia，LIA，她們非常認真友好，很小的事屏都給你準備的細緻。 這個酒店是我在歐洲住的最好的酒店，酒店幫助租車，很合適，比機場便宜很多，總之，酒店值得一住。

在fira的中心，酒店很漂亮，是一棟老的修道院改建的，很有味道，房間也很棒，在fira遊覽非常非常方便，走走路很近，一次很棒的體驗。

Service, staff, food, environment were all fabulous. Beautiful architecture and style. Infinity pool looking out over caldera amazing!! Reception staff especially Nikki and also concierge Eva were incredible and so friendly and helpful.welcoming smiles!Manager Alex always available for help.

An excellent hotel in a great location with excellent staff. We were fortunate enough to be one of the first guests arriving at the hotel for the new season so we were well looked after as the hotel was not yet full. From the moment the General Manager Alexandros personally met us and assisted us with our luggage before handing us over to his team to give us a tour of the hotel, we knew we were in good hands. The reception team were excellent, especially Niki who was very helpful and Eva in concierge. Yiannis was very helpful with luggage and any other concierge needs. The breakfast that was included was fantastic, it’s a real occasion as there is so much on the menu and they bring you a daily basket containing all sorts of locally sourced products. Our waitress Katerina was superbly knowledgeable and really attentive as were all the team. Mr Alexandros Vlad who is an expert on the island recommended some great places and was also super helpful. A great hotel and not to mention the free upgrade which was most welcome. Thank you to all the team. We will be sure to come back.

Booked through Jet2.com this hotel is absolutely fabulous & firmly in my top 3 hotels to date (with the Arts, Barcelona & Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai). The architecture is stunning and the decor truly beautiful. We had a first floor junior suite with a terrace located above reception. The room itself was huge and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could wish for. We received a welcome cheese plate & bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the terrace the following day. The bathroom was amazing with the largest bath ever & beautiful toiletries which were replenished as and when required. Breakfast is incredible and probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. We also ate at Selene which was wonderful and a must when staying at the Katikies Garden. The pool is a little oasis with 16 incredibly comfortable loungers & 5 cabanas. Towels are provided as is water. There was always availability and no need to rush to reserve your spot. The location of the hotel provides the perfect base for both Fira & Firastana with many shops, mini market’s & restaurants on your doorstep. Personal recommendations for food would be Mama’s & the Ginger Sushi Lounge (both reviewed separately). Finally, what makes the Katikies Garden so special? Well it’s the staff, each & everyone of them is outstanding in their customer service and made our stay perfect in every way - thank you.

Wir mussten kurzfristig wegen eines Zimmerschadens unser eigentlich in Fira gebuchtes Hotel wechseln und hatten das große Glück der Verfügbarkeit eines Zimmers im Katikies Garden Hotel! Wir können nur eines sagen : das ist sicherlich in Summe das beste Hotel Firas, vor allen Dingen mit wirklich riesigen Zimmern ( es ist in einem alten Kloster 2019 ) gebaut worden! Outstanding ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, wir hatten eine sog Mastersuite mit Whitlpool ( leider ungeheizt und schon zu kalt )- sensationell das Frühstück im Klostergarten ( auf Bestellung kein Buffet) der Dachpool - Infinity mit irrem Blick, war sensationell! Es war wirklich alles o u t s t a n d i n g!Die Zimmerrate war auch sehr fair für das gebotene !! Klare Empfehlung

This is an AMAZING place to stay. Wow. The architecture, hospitality, staff, food, pool views - world class. We’ve stayed in many international hotels and this has topped our list. Everything was so clean, professional, and staff always smiling and ready to help however possible. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE! Omg. We are already missing it. Special shout-out to Marios for the kind tour when we arrived, and Myrsioni T. was so happy, kind, friendly and helpful - we consider her a new friend! Thank you for making our time in santorini unforgettable.

A beautiful and charming hotel in Fira. Spacious rooms and tastefully designed facilities. High-quality service as expected from Katikies Hotels. It features the fantastic Selene, the best restaurant in Santorini, perhaps in Greece. Welcomes children of all ages. It's important to note, being in Fira, it doesn't offer a Caldera view, but it's a special alternative for families and couples seeking privacy in the Greek summer.
