Está muy cerca del aeropuerto de San Francisco y hay un autobús lanzadera que sale cada hora. Es muy conveniente. Los alrededores son un poco monótonos. Se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche del centro de San Mateo. Es muy conveniente para comer y hacer compras.

Holiday Inn & Suites San Mateo - SFO, an IHG Hotel

I am a long time Holiday Inn member and this is the first time I feel bad from staying in a Holiday Inn. My complaint centers' on the staffs and just the lack of professionalism. First of all the staff don't even greet you when you walk in , the first thing that came out of this male staff was ” what's the name under in your reservation ” and then drivers license and credit card. There was no smile or just act courteous. I am very surprised at the lack of training for these staffs working for a large international hotel chain !! The staff looked like they were required to work as part of a work release program from the county jail because there were no incentive for them to do anything else !! My wife came down the next evening to ask for an additional tea bag for the room and the same male evening staff told her with a stone cold face NO and walked away !! We were just dumbfounded and had to double check the building signage outside if it did really say Holiday Inn !! We had better service from an independently owned roadside motel than this !! We were fortunate that we only stayed for 2 nights. I understand that it's so difficult nowadays to hire people to work but these staffs here at this particular Holiday Inn is really scrapping the very bottom of the barrel !! We'd stayed on a previous trip at a nearby Holiday Inn on Belmont, CA just a few blocks away from this location but just didn't have vacancy for the days we needed. We checked out and there was no basic courtesy like ” thank you for staying with us and have a nice trip ”. The fact is you'd get better service even from the average Walmart store. I expect better staff service coming from an international hotel company like Holiday Inn.

Conducir a unos 15 minutos del aeropuerto, con UBER a unos 25 USD, el transporte es conveniente. Caminar a unos 5 minutos del punto de venta más cercano, y la vida es buena. El hotel tiene un detector de caminata en PCR alrededor, muy conveniente para los pasajeros de la avión. Hay muchos estacionamientos en la plaza circundante y no hay tarifas adicionales. El servicio de personal de la recepción es amable y puede resolver los problemas de los huéspedes. Si en el futuro se ofrecen servicios de transporte aeroportuario, es perfecto.

El hotel está situado justo a la calle 101. El cuarto era amplio y cómodo. Piscina y spa disponibles. Las bañeras son posibles en la piscina y el spa era caliente y relajado! El desayuno continental gratuito tenía varias opciones y era una gran manera de comenzar el día!
