The staff were friendly and check in was simple. But they keep the lobby door locked so you have to call to be let in. The worst part was we found bedbugs!

The room was freezing. I asked for extra blankets, as my daughter and I were sharing the room. They only gave me one. I asked for a second. After turning the heat up, we were still freezing. I called back to ask for blankets, they said they would only give us two extra per room. I am so fustrated I chose this awful place … I don’t know how they have 8 stars!! Never again!!!!

When I booked, it said that my card would not be charged until check in. I had planned on using a different card than the one I used to reserve the room. When I got there and presented the front desk person with my preferred form of payment, he said that they already charged my card 2 days before. He then proceeded to argue with me and refused to refund my card and run the other one. He said the reserve now pay later was an ******* thing and he did not have to honor it. I was quite irritated.

The TV, phone and lamp were not in working condition. The guests next door were very loud after midnight but we have no way to reach the front desk.

Rooms were clean and met our needs. We stayed on 2 legs of our trip and both times there were no issues. Very close to restaurants and motorcycle friendly.

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were basic but clean. We just needed a place to crash while we were visiting cedar point. This was perfect as it was affordable and was only 5 minutes away from the park.

Hotel staff barely spoke two words to me but the room was clean and comfortable. It was a little strange that we couldn’t access the hotel lobby from our hallway and had to go outside but the area was quiet and the price was right. It’s an older hotel for sure and could use some updating but I would stay again.

Location is great, rooms were nice only complaint is the breakfast (my party doesnt eat pancakes) my plain bagel choice was almost stale, get rid of hostess donuts and cheap treats and add eggs and bacon or sausage for a perfect review.
