I went to Madonna to celebrate my sister’s birthday with some friends. We made an appointment online for the massage, and when you get there, they give you a paper to choose the areas you prefer to focus on during the massage. They prepare everything for you inside a closet with your name and a robe. Then you can shower after the massage. When you get a massage, you automatically can enjoy the pool for the day and also buy good drinks. I’m definitely going back, either to celebrate another birthday or just to have a relaxing day with friends.

Cerca del centro del municipio, se pueed ir andando sin problema. Junto a algún bar y a una gasolinera. Amabilidad por parte del personal de recepción. Aparcarmiento gratuito junto a los edificios del hotel, aunque no deja de estar en la calle y no impide que pueda entrar cualquiera al mismo. Las habitaciones dan a dos partes y tienen separado el lavabo de la ducha e inodoro, algo muy curioso. Dispone de cafetera y frigorífico.

Hello everyone, I just want to write about a horrible experience I had last night. I booked a room through Snap Travel at the downtown SLO Inn. Shortly after settling in my room I noticed that the place was being used as a homeless shelter. When a homeless person started bothering by approaching my door and asking me for money, I decided I was gonna cancel my stay and ask for my money back. The owner flat out refused. I had told him I did not want to stay at a place being used as a shelter. At that point he came outside and started yelling profanities at me. He then began inciting the tenants by telling them that I was talking bad about the tenants. I then was surrounded by several aggressive tenants while the owner continued to incite them. At that point he had my key and was refusing to give it back so I can get my stuff and leave. He refused while using profanities and threatening to use a bat on me. I finally was able to escape the mob and another tenant loaned me his phone so I could call the police. During the scuffle my hand was broken. I ended up going to the ER. I contacted he mayor about the incident. The ironic thing was that the owner was mocking me for actually being a tourist. Apparently the city or state that pays him to house the homeless pays a lot more than tourists do

This review is for customer service, not the stay. I didn't even get that far... I booked a two night stay through their direct website five months in advance at a decent rate (Night one at 150 and night two at 399.61 due to Friday night college move-in week). As the check in date got closer, I tried to modify my stay and drop the second night. The only option online was to cancel the whole reservation, so I called the front desk to see if they could help me. Shelby said she could not help me as I booked it online and I have to modify it online. I told her there is no option to modify it online, only cancel. They she said I need to do it online.....you'll have to cancel and rebook it online. I wanted her to rebook my one night at my original rate while on the phone before I cancelled my online reservation. She said she couldn’t because there were no rooms available. I ask if a manager could override the online booking to modify the reservation and she said the manager (Michael) “probably cannot do it”. Of course when I asked for the manager to at least try, she said the manager wasn’t in until the next day. Also check out the more recent Y E L P reviews, and see why others say their customer service is so bad. If you need something, they aren’t helpful. I don't know if she didn't want to give me the better rate because there are rooms still available online, but now for 310.61 for the first night! The room may be basic for just sleeping, but if you need something, good luck. I ended up cancelling this online reservation and a future reservation. They don’t deserve my money with customer service as bad as this and an archaic online reservation system and I haven’t even stayed there yet! Read the other reviews for yourself and look at the other one star reviews and hope you don’t run into any issues while you are there, they probably will ignore you.

Este hotel vivía en el camino de regreso a Los Ángeles en la primera calle, originalmente pensé que era un poco mejor que el motel, pero cuando llegué, sentí que era mucho mejor que el mejor en San Francisco hace unos días. En primer lugar, la habitación era mucho más grande y el desayuno era mejor que eso. ¡Rico y rentable!

Some of the previous comments were quite negative and we found our 1 night stay delightful. Extremely clean and well organized for a handicapped room. The front office personnel were delightful. We would definitely stay here again good value as well
