Staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. They did what they could with the fact that they were under staffed. Hotel was a bit run down but that’s the corporation’s fault, along with the short staff and most likely underpaid employees.

The property is very nice and well maintained. It's in a great location with plenty of shopping centers, theatres, and restaurants. The manager, Kevin-something, immediately emailed me after booking the room and when I asked a question (via email), he immediately responded back. Great job there! Also, the front-desk staff here was very friendly and eager to help when any issue arose. We had no issues getting help when we needed it. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We were able to hook up our computer to the TV and watch YouTube/Amazon. We were also able to use DoorDash to get food delivered straight to our door. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too (delicious Huevos Rancheros).
My only advice when staying here is to bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. The ones provided by the hotel are a bit rough on the skin. But that's par for the course for many hotels.
The only issues we had were 1) expensive breakfast, $13 per-day/per-person, 2) no full size fridge and/or freezer - only a mini fridge, and 3) it takes a several minutes for hot water to start coming out of the shower. These were minor issues for me. Otherwise, it was a fantastic places to stay.

Everything was great for a prepaid 1 night stay, except for checkout. Upon check out, the associate could not find me in the system. It appears they never checked me in, even thou i filled a hand written form and placed a 20 dollar incidental fee, amd was issued a room and a electronic door key.
