Pure luxury It is a wonderful hotel; every room is pure luxury. Everything is neatly arranged, the staff is friendly and very helpful. We are grateful to General Manager-David, to Reception girls - Ladi, Nadia and Ania, to policlinics Administrator – Georgii. Spa Administrators – Anano, Londa, Lui and Securities – Valerii, Georgii and Gocha. And thanks to Chef Georgii for lovely dishes that we had during our stay. Our room was really big and even had a sofa set and love seat. The bathroom was equipped with everything you needed including walk-in shower (so no shower curtain). The breakfast was very rich and sorted. The pool was wonderfully cool and very clean. The location is therefore fantastic. We enjoyed at all! We have Asia chain hotels and we would be glad to see You in Uzbekistan. Furthermore, we want to cooperate with You hotel and send You our friends. Love the place and the people 💖 it was amazing time we enjoyed the zip line experience and walked in the park and hiked around the resort was peaceful 💗 I also enjoyed the food, the best service in dinning hole… we had a room with beautiful view of the River and the mountains around us..

We stayed here on 20th of November and this date will definetely be one of the most wonderful memory of my life ❤️ Both Receptionists were friendly and the check in procedure was informative, friendly, fars and helpful. Restaurant's and the kitchen's whole stuff helped us for my best friend's Bachelorette party to be perfect. Food and beverage, were all delicios. Special thanks to Georgian-Italian restaurant's waitress Mariam, Giorgi, Givi, Bar manager - Gia,also ilia, mindia, sofo and "Mr. pizza - yifiani" for delicious pizza. Thank you guys for those unbelievable emotions you gave us 😍 Our rooms were on the river side and the view was just stunning. Rooms were clean an comfortable. From the begining till the end everything was awesome. You rock 👌🏻

номер был с видом на реку,очень понравилось засыпать под журчание реки. Ремонт хороший, но номера очень маленькие и плохая звукоизоляция. От отеля пешком до 4 источников воды, а до спа трансфер каждые пол часа. Питание отличное, работники очень старательные и аккуратные. Лечебный пакет абсолютно бездарный, процедур мало, очень дорогие. Если когда либо сюда вернусь, то без надежд на санаторное лечение: подышать воздухом,попить водички,отоспаться. Никаких развлечений здесь нет,вечерами абсолютно нечем заняться и мест для прогулок очень мало. Недоброжелательный персонал на рецепшене и непонятно для чего взрослые мужики на входе,которые даже не делают попытки открыть дверь,когда идешь с чемоданом

Les chambres de l’hôtel sont fraîchement rénovées, confortablement aménagées et spacieuses. Les buffets à volonté compris sont variés et délicieux. Sairmé offre des sources thermales, un environnement écologiquement propre et une nature majestueuse. L'un des meilleurs endroits pour se reposer et se détendre en Géorgie.

Номер очень маленький, как каюта на самой нижней палубе, не развернутся, заезда ждать пришлось дополнительно еще час, а при выезде не дали компенсировать это час, закрытый бассейн один день не работал, к еде претензий нет, все вкусно. Расписание работы услуг не соответствует указанным в флаере. Интернет не поддерживает видео передачи, ограничение.

Понравилось питание Голодными не будете и есть из чего выбрать. Меню меняется. появляются новые блюда. Поверьте мне вы дома столько не скушаете на завтрак или обед и ужин. Персонал доброжелательный. Природа красивая. Отель находится среди гор. воздух прозрачный. шумит река . Четыре источника . без проблем можно набрать минводы. Вода прекрасная. но холодная. грели в номере. Номера стандарт маленькие.шкафов плательных нет. Есть ванные принадлежности. тапочки .шампунь.мыло . нет зубных щеток. но все по деньгам. Спа центр с ваннами находится в 10 минутах езды. Автобус возит туда и обратно каждый час бесплатно. Мы ходили пешком . любовались природой и полезно для здоровья. По дороге пасечники продают классный мед Есть рестораны. но зимой не все открыты. В теплое время будет веселей. . Бассейн в Спа центре бесплатный .сауна и сухой пар после тоже. Подводный массаж понравился. Солевая шахта нет. Вообще народ едет отдыхать . а не собирать негатив. Все нормально . Есть чуть выше старая церковь можно прогуляться. Вид на речку удачный. Чаще ходите . дышите чистым воздухом . прочищая легкие и ищите везде позитив. Удачного отдыха всем. Отдыхали в декабре 2021г.

Провели в отеле две ночи, одна из которых новогодняя. Кроме новогоднего ужина в ресторане «Терраса» больше отметить с положительной стороны нечего. На завтрак, обед и ужин, безумное количество людей, на которое не рассчитан ресторан. Это приводит к тому, что порой банально не хватает чайных ложек, либо ближе к окончанию трапезы, каких-нибудь блюд. В номере на 6-м этаже в комнатах, где кровати нет окон, Ок, нет проблем. Но тогда хотелось бы побольше света в комнату без окон. Логистика с лифтами заслуживает отдельных слов: привыкаешь только к концу второго дня. Вишенкой на торте, так сказать, было расположение унитаза в сан.узле относительно раковины, сидеть можно было толко боком.
