This is a tale of 2 halves. When I tried to book online, I wanted 3 rooms but every time I tried to pay I got the message saying that these rooms were not available. I was booking through the All - Accord site - their own. I tried 9 times using different debit and credit cards. I finally emailed the hotel and was told that they could book the rooms for me but the price was higher. I explained this and even sent a screenshot of the price that the site quoted - but to no avail. Eventually, I tried booking each room as a separate transaction and was successful. I did complain to the CEO but they just responded that they didn’t have evidence of my doing that even though I offered to provide it as I’d used a cashback site and they recorded my attempts. This was utterly disappointing. Second half - the hotel was lovely as were the staff. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable . Although an extra, there was secure parking at the back. The bar was open until 2 a.m. it was a great stay.
