My wife and I stayed at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz in February 2022. The service and accommodations were some of the finest we have ever experienced. The hotel is near the train station overlooking Lake St. Moritz on the eastern part of the town. The hotel is elegant and relatively smaller than some of the other properties with 60 rooms, but still with a grand design. We booked using the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was ultimately the nicest of our entire trip in Switzerland. All of the furnishings were modern and the bathroom was spacious consistent with a five-star property. The room was on a high floor overlooking Lake St. Moritz where later in the week we attended the White Turf horse racing. We were addressed by name the entire stay and were treated by the staff as valued guests. In particular, the concierge provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond expected services helping us to obtain our previously purchased ski passes (requiring a special trip to the train station) and arranging frequent house-car transportation (and back) to the town center, various other hotel/restaurants, and the principal ski lift. The included breakfast buffet was pleasant and comprehensive with different breads and the ability to order eggs or other hot dishes directly from the kitchen. We rented ski equipment from the hotel's Ski Service. The spa and exercise facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool, hot tub, and steam room after a long day of skiing. There are absolutely no weaknesses to this property if you are seeking first-class luxury accommodations. My wife and I dined one evening at the Michelin 2-Star Da Vittorio restaurant. If I had known earlier, I would have purchased our ski passes at the hotel (same price as internet). Taxis are expensive: take advantage of the complimentary house car(s). Skiing St. Moritz is an experience of a lifetime. I hope to return to my new friends at Carlton Hotel.

The magnificent building of the hotel impresses me again and again every time I come. All the guys at the door are extremely good and accommodating, the reception is consistently good, excellent concierge with Kristijan and Diego. The service in the ski room is top-notch, and there is also an excellent ski shop. The main restaurant, especially for breakfast, is great, Ivana takes care of the fresh fruit (which is huge), the waiter Kirjos monitors everything, and Nabil is a real refreshment - he covers the whole restaurant with his fresh juices! When he was gone for a few days, we really missed his different range of freshly squeezed juices. For dinner, there are always excellent restaurants Ca d Oro (with a Michelin star) and Da Adriano. And not to forget to mention the reservation service with the extraordinary fighter Dorothea and of course the general manager Konstantin, who is present everywhere. From the written greeting upon arrival in the room, to the daily breakfast visit. You can also see him around the hotel during the day. In short, the hotel has a soul and I warmly recommend it!

El café del desayuno y los huevos escalfados son deliciosos. Puede ver el hotel después de cruzar la vía subterránea de la estación y caminar entre tres y cinco minutos desde la estación.

Como me acusé del Hotel, sólo quería las presiones de precios, estoy de vuelta aquí después de 2 años y tengo la misma opinión sobre el hotel! La habitación del hotel que se reservaba ya estaba en el centro. Todo el mobiliario ha llegado desde hace años. En resumen, todo el cuarto parece mudo. Al entrar no se le dice que se debe pedir la llave para la caja fuerte en la recepción. Para usar la piscina, se paga incluso 2 CHF, lo que es simplemente una ferozidad en un precio de habitación. La mesa ya estaba llena de televisión. Además, se oye cada paso que hacen los vecinos de la habitación Al comer en el restaurante de casa, me duele el estómago. Entonces el hombre se ha declarado culpable por la razón de que el huevo que utilizan se pasteurizó. Independientemente de que la ventana esté abierta o cerrada, la calle es muy alta y la noche se oye gritar a los borrachos alrededor. Además, las camas son muy incómodas y se puede oír cualquier ruido de la cocina. Cuando quería quejarme, me trataron muy desagradable. No hay ninguna protección en el balcón por el vecino. Además, mi habitación no se limpió. Sería mejor que se estudiara este hotel con urgencia, por una parte, la higiene y, por otra parte, la estrella de este hotel no merecerá sin duda 3 estrellas. Por favor, haga que se les guste un hotel y visite otro. Desafortunadamente, ya he tenido experiencia. (La visita fue en febrero, la gente no debería estar confusa con los comentarios)

La semana pasada, después de 2016 y 2017, volvimos a la esquí en St. Moritz por una semana. Base para el esquí en las pistas muy bien preparadas en Corviglia y Corvatsch fue de nuevo el Hostel Youth. La amplitud y la disposición de todos los empleados desde la recepción hasta el servicio fue de nuevo excelente. Hotel confortable y limpio. El recepcionista, el único que había, muy amable. Nos ayudó en todas nuestras dudas. El desayuno bueno. La única cosa negativa, y no creo que sea del hotel, era parte del personal del restaurante, no todos. Volveremos a este hotel.

El ambiente es muy bueno, se puede ver la vista al lago desde el balcón. Las instalaciones son de primera, los electrodomésticos son exquisitos, el mobiliario es completo y el desayuno es rico. El bar del primer piso ofrece incomparables vistas al lago. excelente servicio. Es uno de los hoteles más satisfactorios de Europa.

Muy cómoda ubicación con autobús a diferentes partes de la ciudad. Tene un coche de hotel gratis para llevarte a la estación y a la estación. Lindo alojamiento de esquí de tema. Muy agradable audiencia. Desayuno era estándar, podría ver nevando fuera
