The magnificent building of the hotel impresses me again and again every time I come. All the guys at the door are extremely good and accommodating, the reception is consistently good, excellent concierge with Kristijan and Diego. The service in the ski room is top-notch, and there is also an excellent ski shop. The main restaurant, especially for breakfast, is great, Ivana takes care of the fresh fruit (which is huge), the waiter Kirjos monitors everything, and Nabil is a real refreshment - he covers the whole restaurant with his fresh juices! When he was gone for a few days, we really missed his different range of freshly squeezed juices. For dinner, there are always excellent restaurants Ca d Oro (with a Michelin star) and Da Adriano. And not to forget to mention the reservation service with the extraordinary fighter Dorothea and of course the general manager Konstantin, who is present everywhere. From the written greeting upon arrival in the room, to the daily breakfast visit. You can also see him around the hotel during the day. In short, the hotel has a soul and I warmly recommend it!

My wife and I stayed at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz in February 2022. The service and accommodations were some of the finest we have ever experienced. The hotel is near the train station overlooking Lake St. Moritz on the eastern part of the town. The hotel is elegant and relatively smaller than some of the other properties with 60 rooms, but still with a grand design. We booked using the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts and were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was ultimately the nicest of our entire trip in Switzerland. All of the furnishings were modern and the bathroom was spacious consistent with a five-star property. The room was on a high floor overlooking Lake St. Moritz where later in the week we attended the White Turf horse racing. We were addressed by name the entire stay and were treated by the staff as valued guests. In particular, the concierge provided us with exceptional service and went above and beyond expected services helping us to obtain our previously purchased ski passes (requiring a special trip to the train station) and arranging frequent house-car transportation (and back) to the town center, various other hotel/restaurants, and the principal ski lift. The included breakfast buffet was pleasant and comprehensive with different breads and the ability to order eggs or other hot dishes directly from the kitchen. We rented ski equipment from the hotel's Ski Service. The spa and exercise facilities were enjoyable, especially the pool, hot tub, and steam room after a long day of skiing. There are absolutely no weaknesses to this property if you are seeking first-class luxury accommodations. My wife and I dined one evening at the Michelin 2-Star Da Vittorio restaurant. If I had known earlier, I would have purchased our ski passes at the hotel (same price as internet). Taxis are expensive: take advantage of the complimentary house car(s). Skiing St. Moritz is an experience of a lifetime. I hope to return to my new friends at Carlton Hotel.

Beautiful art nouveau, old world charm. Lobby bar has been updated and was nice. Our room was upgraded to a 2 room suite with lovely big windows. We had an expansive view of mountains and loved we could sleep with windows open. No real restaurant but did have a breakfast buffet. Town was pretty dead this time of year; imagine the beauty and charm is more pronounced in winter.

Esta es mi viaje solo y mi primera vez que me quedo en un albergue. El albergue es limpio. El autobús de navegación disponible en cada 15-20min al paso de la puerta. Tengo suerte de quedarme en la cama por mí mismo porque no hay habitación. El baño compartido justo enfrente de mi habitación. Las toallas son limpias. El desayuno buffet de servicio se ofrece a menudo de queso, avena, etc. Hay una máquina de café y chocolate caliente disponibles para el período de desayuno. ¡Experiencia excelente!!

Excellent customer service with a great deal of attention to detail. Stayed half board which was great value-everything on the menu available apart from truffle. Great selection of wine with dinner. The hotel was immaculate and the house keeping service was fantastic. The location is ideal-central and a short walk to the funicular. The only negative was the temperature of the rooms-It was so warm! Couldn’t find a way to turn it down so ended up propping the window open.

Nunca me tomo tiempo para escribir reseñas como soy más de una persona “retrocesión directa”, pero tengo que compartir esta.. Dejamos este lugar mágico con un corazón lleno. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, me encantaban todos los detalles de madera, así como todos los gritillos que no quieres perder en una casa lejos de casa. El hotel de 4 estrellas de la familia está lleno de historias y nos hace sentir como si fueramos parte de ella.

Excellent customer service with a great deal of attention to detail. Stayed half board which was great value-everything on the menu available apart from truffle. Great selection of wine with dinner. The hotel was immaculate and the house keeping service was fantastic. The location is ideal-central and a short walk to the funicular. The only negative was the temperature of the rooms-It was so warm! Couldn’t find a way to turn it down so ended up propping the window open.

La habitación es muy grande y no tiene vistas. . Hay un boleto gratis para ir a la piscina pública cercana, natación, aguas termales, fitness, spa, no vaya al spa mixto en el tercer piso, debe estar desnudo. . Solo fuimos. . Muy vergonzoso, la piscina de aguas termales es hermosa. . El aire libre simplemente no puede tomar fotografías, ¡el restaurante italiano de la planta baja es delicioso! El restaurante buffet es normal, pero los precios son muy buenos para St. Moritz.

Esta es mi viaje solo y mi primera vez que me quedo en un albergue. El albergue es limpio. El autobús de navegación disponible en cada 15-20min al paso de la puerta. Tengo suerte de quedarme en la cama por mí mismo porque no hay habitación. El baño compartido justo enfrente de mi habitación. Las toallas son limpias. El desayuno buffet de servicio se ofrece a menudo de queso, avena, etc. Hay una máquina de café y chocolate caliente disponibles para el período de desayuno. ¡Experiencia excelente!!

Beautiful art nouveau, old world charm. Lobby bar has been updated and was nice. Our room was upgraded to a 2 room suite with lovely big windows. We had an expansive view of mountains and loved we could sleep with windows open. No real restaurant but did have a breakfast buffet. Town was pretty dead this time of year; imagine the beauty and charm is more pronounced in winter.
