โรงแรมทำเลดี อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟหลัก St.Moritz ลงรถไฟแล้วสามารถเดินทางลอดรางรถไฟ แล้วข้ามถนนใหญ่ มาทางด้านทะเลสาบ St.Moritz ก็จะมองเห็นโรงแรมเลย ข้อเสียเดียวคือโรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา จะต้องเดินขึ้นเขาอาจจะเหนื่อยได้ถ้าสัมภาระเยอะ แต่ก็ได้เปรียบตรงวิวของโรงแรมสวยมาก สวยแบบต้องมนต์สะกดเลย การบริการ และการให้การช่วยเหลือดีมาก อาหารเช้ามีตัวเลือกมาก คุณภาพดี มี staff เป็นชาวไทยคอยดูแลความเรียบร้อยในห้องอาหารด้วย

Very good service including free shuttle service to the main station. Good amenties like gym, steam bath and sauna. Room is big and clean. Housekeeping is done in the morning and evening.

地理位置不錯，開窗正對雪山🏔，旁邊加油站⛽，前台兩個女士都很熱情，因為臨時訂房，年長一位還現場帶我去看了幾個不同房型，唯一不足的是浴室太小，大約1平方米，是全世界旅遊住過最小的浴室，洗頭都不能彎腰，其他都還滿意。

La habitación es grande, el techo de la habitación tiene un patrón de arco iris, como el tribunal. Las ventanas son grandes y el paisaje fuera de la ventana es incómodo. La estación de tren puede subir a la montaña con un ascensor automático, cambiar por otra ascensor por la carretera y salir a 100 metros del hotel.

La habitación está bien decorada y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. El minibar es complimentar con cerveza, cocaína, limonada, soda, cacahuetes y chocolates. Se han proporcionado también paseos de cable gratuitos. Una estancia muy caliente.

Es muy satisfecho y es absolutamente la elección de la relación coste-eficacia de San Moritz. San Moritz es un pequeño hotel en el centro de la ciudad. La estación de tren baja al hotel llamando al tren y lo envía a la estación de tren cuando lo recoge. Aunque no está lejos, está cansado de llevar el equipaje. Una decoración histórica de cien años de antigüedad y un restaurante muy bonito con desayuno rica, Hay piscina y sauna para disfrutar. Aunque no es grande, hay una máquina de café. El balcón ve el panorama del lago en el canto del lago. La recepción introduce la ruta de la camioneta entusiasta. This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though without a balcony or much view. Though the rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast and it has a decent selection of Swiss breakfast stables like eggs (scrambled and soft boiled), cheese, pastries, bread, sausages, cereal, mueseli, yogurt, fruits, etc. If you ask, the hotel also has gluten-free bread and vegan milk (oat or soy) for no additional charge. The service throughout the property is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced (by Swiss standards). A few points for improvement - (1) the hotel should make it easier for guests to identify and find the driver of the pickup service. The person picking us up was not holding any sign or possessing anything that indicates his affiliation with the hotel (because of that, we saw another couple almost missing the shuttle), (2) the gym doesn't have much equipment (e.g. no treadmill) and whatever it has is quite old, and (3) the scrambled eggs were rubbery and almost inedible after being left in the heated tray for too long. Suggest that the hotel makes smaller batches so they always stay moist. Seems to be a common problem of Swiss breakfasts due to what I would assume to be high labour cost. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this lovely, cozy hotel.

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
