El hotel Bristol Union está situado en el corazón de Saint Malo intramuros. Cerca de la zona de restaurantes, de las calles comerciales y obviamente, del muro. Tiene una decoración clásica de buen gusto. Sus habitaciones son prolijas, muy limpias y bien equipadas. El desayuno bien servido, con excelente calidad, donde se destacan algunas tortas y dulces caseros. Pero lo más importante es la calidez de sus dueños, en especial Aurelia, siempre dispuesta a solucionar cualquier problema. Y con un agregado extra, tanto ella como una de las recepcionistas hablan un perfecto español (vivieron años en Chile y Argentina respectivamente), lo cual constituye un bálsamo para quienes, como yo, peleamos con nuestro defectuoso inglés o francés cuando intentamos hacernos entender. Sin dudas, un lugar para recomendar en Saint Malo.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff were all so nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were fantastic, full of homemade treats. The room was cosy (as per its name), with a great bed, great shower, lovely Nuxe brand bath products. The hotel is close to the walls of the old city, close to shops and restaurants, entrance to the city, the ferry and more. The location of our room, facing an inner courtyard gave us a quiet night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

This is a small hotel right in the old town of St. Malo. Inside the city walls. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything inside the old town is within a 5-7minutes walk. The hotel is clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Their English is better than average. However, they go above and beyond to be helpful.

Friendly staff. Noisy people in the café opposite but this was not your fault. On the other hand, we were well placed for seeing places of interest and walking to bus-stops.

We stayed for one night in the Bristol hotel. It was in a great location within the walls of St Malo and very convenient for the restaurants. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely the following morning (I particularly liked the homemade cake!) and we found the staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and we will probably return for another visit.

We were lucky to find this at the very last minute as the town was extremely busy with tourists. Situated just inside from the main gate the square was just off the busy high street but inside it was quiet both night and day. We had a room at the top which had a view of the cathedral spire and thus throughout the day you could enjoy the sound of the bells. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the place felt very relaxed. We included breakfast which was a cold buffet but had plenty to choose from. Bottles of water were provided to take as and when you needed them. A fan was provided also.
