Pitched up here on recommendation for a friend’s wedding in Rye and had a great 3 day weekend. Beautiful setting, sharp organisation, great facilities. Extremely helpful owners. Wonderful base for a wonderful walk over the fields to Rye too.

Amazing little camp site. Owner Harriet and Ben extremely welcoming. Fire pits available. Very clean toilets, showers and washing up area. Excellent size pitches around the 2 fields. Electric hook ups available. Easy to drive or beautiful walk through farms to Rye town. Good bus route to and from Rye Town. Camber sands near by. Also not far from Hastings, Dover Castle and Bodiam Castle for great days out. There are 2 great pubs within walking distance. We also walked to Tillingham Vinyard for yummy pizza, wines and great views. A great campsite that we stay at year on year.

We had a great stay here! Harriet was really accommodating, and let me clean and lock my bike in a secure shed. Room was lovely, as was breakfast :) it was nice to stay somewhere outside of central Rye as it was quieter, especially the Oak pub which was a few mins walk away

We stayed in a pet friendly room here with our two dogs and the welcome was lovely and hospitable. Clean and stylish rooms, great for dog owners as there is an enclosed area you can just let the dogs wander easily. Lovely breakfast and ample parking. About a mile outside of Rye with some lovely pubs close by.

We stayed at the campsite for a long weekend. Having stayed at lots of campsites before, this one is really lovely. Harriet the owner has worked extremely hard to make sure everything you need is there. From washing up bowls, to washing up liquid, a fridge freezer including pens to mark your items. Everything is covered, and everything spotlessly clean. I love how clean this site is. I love that everything is in such good repair, and how far the owner goes to keep everyone comfortable. I would be so happy to recommend this site to anyone. It is really nice. It has all the convenience of a big site, with the personal touches of a small site.

We booked this after seeing really good reviews and it didn’t disappoint!!!! Harriet is the most lovely and helpful host who I initially booked directly with. We chose oak room and it was just beautiful!!!!!! So warm, cosy, light, spacious and everything we could ask for!!!! Everything is catered for that you need as well as loads of storage space! We had the most amazing stay and will 100% return!!! Victoria & Stephen

Really great site, generous sized pitches, showers etc all really clean and modern. There’s a fridge freezer and a microwave as well as somewhere to charge phones for those without electric hook up. Leaflets with directions to walk into Rye and also directions for the best cycle route to avoid hills. Pub 5 mins down the road but the walk into Rye across the fields was beautiful where are lots of lovely pubs. Campsite owner (Harriette) was really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

The room was excellent with all necessary facilities and really good value. The wonderfully friendly host provided an excellent full English breakfast for our early morning departure. Couldn't be better.

The owner needs to get a reality check, horrible man child, I.dont know.who.he thinks he is? I would never stay there with such a rude boy running it, ive never been so insulted, if you like being talked down to then visit this place
