Das Hoteltraube liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage am Rheinufer in Rüsselsheim Allerdings für behinderte Menschen ein absolutes no go. Der Service war nur dann gut , wenn ein gewisser Herr an der Rezeption war. Weibliche Personen schienen überfordert zu sein, dazu noch sehr launisch. Der Zimmerservice war ok aber nicht mehr. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen wie auch teilweise das Inventar. Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren eine Katastrophe. Matratzen bis zum geht nicht mehr durch gelegen. Der Teppichfussbodem eine Dreckschleuder, voller Flecken und Risse. Ebenso die Teppiche in den Fluren. Einfach nur scheußlich. Bei näherem Hinsehen wurde auch schlecht gereinigt. In den Fensterrahmen hatten sich Spinngewebe mit kleinen toten Fliegen etc abgelegt, so auch bei den Fenstern im Frühstücksraum. Einfach nur ekelig. Die Fenstergardinen im Zimmer waren sicherlich mehr als 1 Jahr nicht gewaschen worden. Die übrige Ausstattung im Zimmer war zusammen gesucht. Das Schwimmbecken war aus betrieblichen Gründen geschlossen Auf den unteren Etagen viele Stufen und Treppen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der Service war ok. Dieses Hotel kann lediglich mit einer guten Lage und einem guten Frühstück punkten, ansonsten mehr als bescheidenen. Maximal ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht erneut in dieses Hotel verweilen.

Muy buena, excelente ubicación, no solo en el corazón del área escénica de la ciudad, sino también al lado de la estación del teleférico en la montaña. La clave es que es ruidoso, silencioso y limpio. El jefe y el resto del personal de servicio son lugareños alemanes, entusiastas, sinceros y amables. El primer piso es un restaurante, pero se estima que debido a que está demasiado concurrido, es solo para los huéspedes que vienen a beber, por lo que la noche no será tan ruidosa como el restaurante. El desayuno del huésped es en el restaurante de esta planta. Comparado con el tamaño del hotel, el desayuno es completo, el pan horneado en la casa, el café caliente en una olla y una olla, el ambiente tranquilo para cenar, la familia sentada en una mesa, este viaje es una de las mejores experiencias. Ruedesheim, así como el valle del Rin, es un destino que vale la pena volver a visitar.

Recently stayed at this lovely small hotel which is very nicely located centrally in Rudesheim but far enough away from train noise or busy streets, although there is a bar opposite we were unaffected by any noise being located in a Comfort Junior Suite in the eaves of the hotel. Our suite consisted of a small sitting area and bathroom on the entry level and two bedrooms up a spiral stairway, this would be my main issue that you had to negotiate this stairs in the night if you needed the bathroom, plus the dressing table and storage area for the outer bedroom was also downstairs. There was a little dressing table and some shelves in the inner bedroom but storage is quite minimal so be prepared to live mostly out of your suitcase. However despite these issues the room had air conditioning, was spotless, beds were comfortable and bathroom well proportioned with lots of storage and a good hairdryer, there was also a good sized fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the beautiful little restaurant which was unfortunately closed this year, there was also a nice little courtyard area where you could eat, we had a lovely lady waiting on us each morning and her helpfulness and friendly nature made up for the frosty unwelcoming woman who checked us in upon arrival. English speaking guests should be aware that it can be difficult to be understood, many staff have little English and learning a few basic German phrases would be helpful, this whole area is not really geared up for the English speaking market and is more aimed at native clients, this is reflected in the food also but that was fine we were there to experience something different and enjoyed the fare although asking for decaff coffee proved very difficult in some places its a bit of a rarity apparently! Overall we were very happy with our accommodation and thought it good value for money, maybe keep the frosty lady away from reception to ensure first impressions are true to the real hospitality of this charming hotel.

El centro de este hotel está en el ”Nuevo centro”. Como nosotros estabamos allí, el daño al agua no se ha reparado. La entrada adyacente de las sillas de paseo también lo hizo. Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes, limpias y en el baño hay vidrio de vidrio, no plástico. Los donantes en el baño para el jabón también son un buen signo, no microenvases. camas ok, TV grande y Wi-LAN también fue muy bien. El pasillo hermoso, algo oscuro muy claro? Estación de tren cerca, también tiendas. La ciudad está bien lo que podía ver así. Eso es lo que se dice en el negocio. La recepción está en el cuarto piso. Supongo que se vuelve a bajar cuando el daño al agua se ha reparado. Buen desayuno con todo el rumbo y el rumbo. Respeto. También para las dos mujeres en la recepción que respondieron soberanamente a mi pregunta sobre otro cuarto, o su colega, que consideró mi pregunta insensata.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Rhine River Valley tour and it was excellent. Parking is right there on site, checkin was a breeze, and the location is pretty much 10 minutes from everywhere in Rudesheim. The breakfast is included and they have a full spread and made-to-order omelettes. Room was great looking west with views up the ridge over the wineries to the monument. So much to do in Rudesheim and a great place to stay.

No me gusta escribir una crítica negativa si se permitió experimentar personal tan amable. Desafortunadamente, esto fue realmente el único positivo junto a la limpieza y eso no es suficiente. El equipo del hotel es extremadamente viejo y sencillo. Al entrar, ya se ve un olor moderado. Me temo que esto es debido a los viejos suelos de tela. Las habitaciones fueron muy simples y muy pequeñas y el interior lo más anticuado. No se explica cómo mantiene un nivel de 4 estrellas. 4 estrellas se derivan de estándares definidos que no están objetivamente establecidos. La manutención de casas se realizó con la referencia a Corona sólo a petición expresa y luego, desgraciadamente, sólo el mínimo: cambiar las toallas, limpiar un poco el baño. No hay camas, no hay desagüe, no hay botellas de limpieza de dientes. Hemos estado en más de 5 hoteles diferentes en los últimos meses en diferentes países. No hay más restricciones de la limpieza de habitaciones por coroa en ningún lugar. Después de todo, el precio es pagado, pero el costo del personal se reduce considerablemente, y es extraño que el desayuno sea mucho menos y peor en nuestra primera mañana (venerdías) que en los días siguientes. El viernes era el mínimo elección. El sábado y el domingo fue mucho mejor, pero aún así más sencillo. Pagamos 200 € por la noche por nuestra habitación. Este precio es simplemente una fe. Como dije al principio, el personal fue muy amable y amable, por lo que lamento mucho más mi crítica negativa.
