Great hotel - although knocked a star on off for air con (or lack of). Pros: Great rooms, friendly staff, access to the beautiful lake, decent breakfast, spa facilities are great (big pool plus a small children’s splash pool). Cons: No air con was a real issue for us and affected our sleep quality. The vendor we booked through (**********) stated the hotel has air con however, it does not. We told reception during our stay that our room was unbearably warm. They said the cooling system works by cooling water in the ceiling and walls. They asked if we had closed the windows and doors as apparently this is important to make the system work - we had. We were told engineering would visit to check our room - I’m not sure if they ever did though. We were given a fan to help but it was very noisy so we ended up sleeping with all the windows and doors open each night. It was still far too warm though and far from ideal. We fed this back when we checked out and were informed that the 3rd floor rooms get particularly hot. Air con would definitely make this hotel immeasurably better!

Localización (lago frente) y personal horrible hizo nuestra experiencia de primera clase. El hotel es un lugar aislado con caminar y ”refrigerar” las únicas cosas que hacer. El hotel es popular con los alemanes más antiguos y los ve al bailar, La cena del nuevo año Gala fue un trato. Nuestros amigos nos gustaron que fueramos los únicos británicos en el hotel. We stayed for one night only and we really enjoyed it, mainly because - the location of the hotel is perfect - great views and you can still comfortably reach lake by walking - there is a perfect walking trail around the lake, we loved it - we booked three rooms and had them ready next to each other - the spa is very very good, nice panorama sauna Breakfast could be improved - especially eggs were terrible but otherwise OK Dinner nice restaurant, for us not a good choice - not typical german food, but cooked for us extra from lunch menu and was good, appreciate it! I would come back to this hotel, thank you for a great service 🙃

He leído las críticas de las evaluaciones y tengo que escribir algo sobre ellas. Es cierto que este hotel tiene algunas deficiencias, pero debo decir que, a pesar de la situación de los últimos años, no ha sido fácil mantener y mejorar un hotel, y aquí hay esfuerzos de toda la familia. El área de bienestar ha sido reconstruida y esto se ha realizado muy bien- ¡También ahora se están realizando trabajos de renovación! Para mí el desayuno ha logrado,nuestra,camera en la casa adyacente más como bien con gran balcón (camera deluxe)! Como no hay personal en todo el lago Tegern, estamos de nuevo muy satisfechos con nuestra estadía. ¡Gracias por ello!
