Viaje con mis dos hijos de 12 y 14 años y me aloje 5 noches. El apartamento esta bien comunicado con autobuses al centro de Roma, pero un tanto lejos, y de noche las calles de los alrededores están muy oscuras.
El apartamento bien, pero te dicen que si quieres cocinar ¡CUIDADO! que abras las ventanas, porque si cocinas y haces humo, y salta la alarma de incendios vienen los bomberos y te cobran 2500,00€, y esto como entenderéis te quita las ganas de cocinar. Luego tienes lavadora y pastillas para lavar, pero no tienes tender entonces eso es igual a nada. La limpieza de las toallas y cubrecolchones no muy buena (con manchas y olores). Sinceramente no volvería, y mucho menos con niños. Como puntos positivos un supermercado cerca, una trattoria a la vuelta buenísima, y los amenities y el diseño del apartamento excelente!

We really liked the property. It was clean and confortable. We could walk to many locations (walk to Pantheon was about 25 min), and public transportation was conveniently located. We took away 1 star because wi-fi was not working at all during our stay, which meant we had to use international data plan, which is pricey.

We loved this property. Clean, spacious rooms, great communication. The only frustration was that the WiFI didn’t work. But the property let us know ahead of time and gave us some extra treats in the room. Loved it!

We stayed four nights.Very clean and modern apar**ent. A/C works well.The area is safe with a very good transport to everything. The wifi doesn't work at all, but for as that wasn't a problem. And Yes , I recommend Numa.

The apar**ent was excellent. Local supermarket which stocked everything that you would need for your stay. Sunday market which was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. There where no instructions for the microwave or washer/ dryer. Which had we had internet would not of been an issue. There was no internet for the time that we stayed. Which was very frustrating ! The complimentary nibbles and drinks which were provided by way of an apology for no internet was a kind gesture. It was a short bus ride into the main area. Again local information of how to use the services locally would help. If you look past the refuse bins which are sited outside the apar**ent block and ignore the smell of the rubbish left on the road it’s a base for a holiday stay.

Very nice apar**ent, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa.

Terrible stay. Wasn’t informed about the self check in and left stuck outside at night spending 20 mins checking in myself. Then Wi-Fi was off for entire trip with elevator out of service the first night and had to carry family’s luggage up two flights of stairs.
Add to this there’s nobody on site tp talk to or to address any issues.
Absolute nigh**are. Avoid if you want peace of mind.
