Hotel located about 15 mins walk from ferry station, but definitely worth for the view. Staffs and services are professional, great overall experience including the restaurants hotel thoughtfully recommended to guests for food safety and not getting tourist scams. Highly recommend the place, and would love to go back!»

«Nuestro grupo de nueve personas vino en coche para nuestro viaje. Reservamos este hotel por sus buenas reseñas. No tienen aparcamiento propio, pero afortunadamente el personal de recepción nos ayudó a encontrar un sitio para aparcar al otro lado de la calle, lo cual fue muy práctico y gratuito. Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar con dos camas de 1,8 metros. La habitación era muy espaciosa; pudimos desplegar nuestras maletas sin problema. La ubicación era bastante buena, cerca de muchas atracciones. Aunque solo teníamos un día, pudimos visitar todos los lugares más populares gracias a su conveniente ubicación. La habitación también estaba muy limpia. Había muchos artículos de aseo desechables y el champú era sorprendentemente bueno; mi pelo no quedó nada graso después de lavarlo. El secador de pelo también era muy potente; me secó el pelo en solo unos minutos. La recepcionista fue excepcionalmente amable y entusiasta, y nos recomendó buenos restaurantes cercanos. Todos pensamos que la comida tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio y estaba deliciosa. El aislamiento acústico no era tan malo como esperaba; dormimos muy cómodamente por la noche casi sin ruido. En la misma calle de arriba había opciones para desayunar, con muchas especialidades locales a precios muy razonables. Además, contaban con tres lavadoras-secadoras, más que suficientes, así que no tuvimos que hacer cola. ¡Zhenyue hizo que nuestro viaje a Xiamen fuera mucho más divertido!»

El hotel está cerca de la playa más próxima, y como íbamos en coche, ir a las principales atracciones de Xiamen no fue nada inconveniente. Además, tiene un parque infantil donde los niños pueden entretenerse un rato, y ofrecen servicio de guardería (hay que reservar con un día de antelación). La señora de la limpieza es muy eficiente y rápida, deja la habitación impecable todos los días. El único inconveniente es que el baño tenía un olor un poco raro.

Kenny LewEl hotel Tegoo Hotel nos ofrece una estancia de 2 noches.
No nos esperaba mucho del hotel, pero honestamente nos sorprendió mucho de las pequeñas cosas que todos los servicios pensaban bien.
1) El portador era tan útil
2) Durante nuestra llegada, fueron lo suficientemente amables para mejorar nuestra habitación.
3) 4 botellas de agua se suministraron en la habitación
4) La habitación era grande y limpia
5) Cada día recibimos nuestros saludos de la cámara camarera/supervisor, escritorio delantero, portador, etc.
6) El baño y las toallas estaban casi envasados en un saco de plástico.
Esto fue muy pensativo.
7) Debido a que tengo un brazo herido, así que no he pulsado completamente; ya sabes, el portador vino a mí y puso el último botón para mí y se puso mi vestido antes de que me embarqué en un taxi. (Encabezado al aeropuerto)
Esto ocurrió justo delante del principal lobby.
Me retiraron, pero realmente tocó mi corazón.
Olvidé tomar su nombre. Me sentí tan desafortunado, fue mi error.
Por último, espero que la gestión del hotel pueda celebrar el portador. ( El evento ocurrió el 11 de marzo de 2026 a las 10.20 horas.)
Por último, gracias a todos los empleados del Tegoo Hotel por su buen trabajo.

MR NG.Elegí Lujiang Qijia porque mi tía se había alojado allí y su recomendación fue absolutamente increíble. Desde el ambiente hasta el servicio, el hotel cubrió perfectamente mis necesidades y fue increíblemente cómodo.
1. ¡Mejora de habitación sorpresa de cumpleaños a una villa con vistas panorámicas de 180°!
El hotel recibió con entusiasmo mi deseo de cumpleaños para mi esposa. ¡Nos cambiaron a una ”Villa Garden Light Luxury Room”! (Nota: El tipo de habitación puede variar ligeramente del que se muestra en algunas aplicaciones de reserva, pero la vista real es la que se muestra en las fotos).
Lo más destacado de la habitación eran los dos enormes ventanales que iban del suelo al techo, creando una vista panorámica de 180 grados. Acostarse en la cama era como estar rodeado por el hermoso paisaje. ¡Esta mejora sorpresa convirtió el cumpleaños de mi esposa en una experiencia inolvidable!
2. ¡Un desayuno abundante con asientos cómodos, como en una sala de estar!
El buffet de desayuno ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones, desde platos calientes chinos hasta pasteles y panes occidentales. Los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos. El comedor era amplio y cómodo, sin aglomeraciones, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de una mañana tranquila.
3. ¡El servicio del hotel fue realmente reconfortante!
Todo el equipo del hotel Lujiang Qijia fue cortés, atento, amable y profesional. Su genuina hospitalidad nos hizo sentir respetados y cálidos, ¡una verdadera ventaja para el hotel!
4. ¡Hay piscina! ¡Ténganla en cuenta para la próxima vez!
El hotel cuenta con una piscina al aire libre que ofrece un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Desafortunadamente, llovió durante nuestra estancia, así que no quería nadar sin el sol. Fue una pequeña decepción, pero también me hizo desear volver en un día soleado.

Location is excellent if your intention is to go to the Riyuegu hotsprings. If not, then it is quite far off from malls and food options.
The hotel itself has excellent amenities. In room hotsprings, great heated outdoor pool with hotspring pool. There is also an indoor nude hotsprings.
Indoor playground for the kiddos and a games room with pool table, fuzball, and various board games and table tennis.
Food is limited. Resort restaurant is slightly on the expensive side. There is a nearby 5 min walk casual restaurant serving seafood and Chinese da pai dang.
Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Lou LaHaving never stayed at a Pan Pacific hotel, I had no idea what to expect, but it really impressed me!
The gym definitely stood out, the equipment was so smooth and well-maintained, easily the best hotel gym I’ve used in a while.
What really made the difference was the team.
Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel personal and warm. The team kindly helped, sharing directions and local tips and insights. From travel times to sharing maps, they couldn’t have been kinder in helping.
The room was cosy and comfortable and I personally slept really well (better than at home!) the location worked well for me too, I found it calm and well connected. It was an stress-free, enjoyable experience to stay at this Pan Pacific and I plan to stay again. :)
Thank you to the Pan Pacific team for going above and beyond to provide the best in service and care. I would like to share a special thanks to Joey, Lundy, Freda and Bruce who made my May Day holiday, may your week bring the best! 🌷 ☕️

▫️衞生：衞生細節在線，地面、衞浴都乾乾淨淨，房間沒有潮濕悶味。
▫️餐食：我們吃了閩菜，味道很不錯，用料實在，吃得出有用心做。
店裡晚上氛圍超好，還有歌手駐唱，很適合想安靜度假看海的朋友，整體入住體驗很棒！

huuiiiReception staff Abby Wu and Richard Nian were very friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service with a smile. Ms Abby Wu even “upgraded” our booking to that with breakfast for 5 instead of for 3 and for that, we are grateful. The level of service provided really stood out and left a very good first impression. The concierge was also super helpful assisting with our luggage bags and readily provided us with detailed directions to the places that we wanted to visit

Great Location, next to the metro station (Lindou station) Entrance 3 and right opposite the hotel is the Bao Lung ONE Mall where there are plenty of eateries and restaurants as well as fast food stores.
The 3-bedroom deluxe room that we booked was awesome, spacious, well-appointed with comfy beds and clean pillows, kitchenette with pots, plates, utensils and cutlery as well as microwave oven and there’s even a washer and dryer provided (did not have the chance to use as we only stayed for one night). Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Somerset Software Park Xiamen and we highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday in Xiamen.

The front desk service staff of the hotel is very intimate. I stayed for several days and traveled to China. There are many interesting places nearby. It is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street when I go out. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is clean and hygienic, the lobby is elegant and comfortable, the geographical location is very good, and the afternoon tea is delicious. Come again next time

Happy PatronThe room was clean, service was good. We received new towels and tooth brushes each day, water bottles were only forgotten to replenish one day. They allowed use of their public refrigerator which was very nice for keeping medication cold as it was needed. The place brought us very nice bathrobes when we noticed they were missing. However there was a razor as indicated via Trip.com booking, perhaps an advertising issue. Everything else was as described. Had a bathtub,nice electric TV projector screen, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The negatives were that the walls are thin, sound travels easily, we could hear a person singing in the shower from down the hall and the shower pole was loose so could easily come out of the wall, but it didn’t cause water to leak, just needs to be screwed in, also the door lock didn’t work, needs repair, but there was a chain.
