Love this place. Service is superb and very spacious room / common area to accommodate large crowd. Beach is just few steps away from restaurant, kid wants to go to the beach every moment during breakfast, lucky they also have a kid play area within the restaurant. 300m from hotel is shoplots with supermarket and restaurants to try out local signature dishes. 管家小娜 is very reactive to all request and respond super fast!!! Thanks!! ❤️

Durante mi estancia, la mayordoma del hotel, Lexie, me brindó un servicio atento, y el personal fue amable y cortés. El hotel, de estilo jardín, cuenta con un vestíbulo abierto, pasillos visualmente atractivos con abundante vegetación, incluyendo piscinas esculpidas, una piscina ajardinada y playas bordeadas de palmeras, todo ello con impresionantes vistas al mar azul, el cielo y la exuberante vegetación de la isla de Jiajing. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, y algunas de las de la planta baja cuentan con bañeras privadas, ofreciendo privacidad y comodidad, perfectas para vacaciones en familia. La mayordoma tuvo la amabilidad de mejorar nuestro desayuno en el restaurante Horizon e incluirlo para el día siguiente. ¡Muchísimas gracias! Un hotel de cinco estrellas con vistas panorámicas al océano: realmente impresionante.

La habitación era grande y cómoda, el ambiente era tranquilo y pacífico, y la hospitalidad del propietario hizo que la experiencia fuera fantástica.

We were very impressed with the friendly services offered by the staff at the resort. Special thanks to Concierge Luna for her care from the moment we checked-in until we checked-out, as she has taken care of our needs. The staff were very helpful in every aspect of our stay. The room was large and clean. We loved the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The breakfast buffet includes both Chinese and Western food options which were very nice. We loved the complimentary pool-side surfing experience and I would love to return to the resort next time to try surfing at the beach! Some of the photos here were taken by professional photographer which help us keep the beautiful memories of our stay!

The room was cleaned and much liveable. But the location wasnt much suitable. and view isn't good for people who are looking for a sea facing room. Not Suitable for foreigners as no proper passport checkin. which can be a headache and can be police matter as Foreigner are required to be registered when been allotted a Hotel room. For local ita good and highly recommended. good place and no disturbance.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was excellent, largely due to Alan, the Guest Relations Butler. His friendly and attentive service—from quick requests to local recommendations—made me feel valued. The hotel’s comfortable rooms and smooth operations exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for a great experience!

Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!

Cada vez que voy a Xinglong, la vivienda básica es la Oeste y el medio ambiente de la zona es excelente, y el viento del sudeste asiático, cada piso tiene piscina, muy perfecto, conducir un coche está cerca de atracciones, propone esta experiencia, la higiene está bien, los muebles también están bien, aunque un poco nostalgico, El único lugar no es muy bueno, el equipamiento de baño es especialmente lleno, el pequeño baño de agua de la flor es difícil de limpiar. Además, el jardín de piscina sugiere hacer la limpieza de la piscina, o es el barrio de la piscina, bueno, el costo total es bueno, si se mejoran los dos puntos anteriores, se puede considerar quedarse durante mucho tiempo.
