We chose to stay a night at Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula and initially hesitated due to Wanning’s light rain. However, the warm hospitality of the hotel butler and real-time weather updates convinced us. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided seamless service, assisting with luggage and inviting us to the Grand Club while our room was prepared. There, we met the Manager Esther and the proactive stuff Chen Jingjing, whose thoughtful service led us to upgrade our stay. Esther’s constant care—reminding us of temperature changes and safety tips—along with Jingjing’s attentive service, made us feel truly valued. Beyond the hotel’s comfort, Esther also shared excellent travel tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm service left such an impression that we decided to extend for another night—because of Esther! What started with hesitation due to the rain turned into a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

La higiene está especialmente en el lugar, el diseño de la habitación es amplio. El balcón puede llegar directamente a la piscina, la piscina se trata limpia y limpia, y el descanso es adecuado. Love this place. Service is superb and very spacious room / common area to accommodate large crowd. Beach is just few steps away from restaurant, kid wants to go to the beach every moment during breakfast, lucky they also have a kid play area within the restaurant. 300m from hotel is shoplots with supermarket and restaurants to try out local signature dishes. 管家小娜 is very reactive to all request and respond super fast!!! The Alika hôtel is so serene, perfect for pure relaxation, and Sally had a very good taste for decoration. It blends so nicely with the natural vibe, every corner’s calm. Shoutout to Stephen, our guest assistant, who was insanely attentive and made our trip so smooth. Channy’s morning yoga class was so relaxing too – the best way to start the day in this peaceful setting! Breakfast was top quality, fresh and tasty, and the whole vibe’s just exactly what you need for a chill trip with friends. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting a nature-focused, relaxing escape and plenty of activities.

We were very impressed with the friendly services offered by the staff at the resort. Special thanks to Concierge Luna for her care from the moment we checked-in until we checked-out, as she has taken care of our needs. The staff were very helpful in every aspect of our stay. The room was large and clean. We loved the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The breakfast buffet includes both Chinese and Western food options which were very nice. We loved the complimentary pool-side surfing experience and I would love to return to the resort next time to try surfing at the beach! 本次入住體驗感非常得好，酒店比較新，住的家庭房，房間可以看到海，非常漂亮。出房間走幾分鐘就是沙灘，泳池也非常棒，小孩玩的非常開心，室內遊樂園也不錯，特別要表揚一下管家king，非常的周到，細緻，第二天退房我東西落在酒店，還專門幫我送到另外一個酒店，服務太貼心了，下次來還找他。

Its located about 1.7-2km from the railway station, some may need to get didi to bring you to the hotel. City centre, night market and the shopping centre is about 2km from the hotel too. The room is clean, hygenic and spacious. Cleaning lady did a thorough job. The hotel lobby staff are helpful, giving us some ideas and recommendation to the tourist hotspots. In Wan Ning, the various beaches (shen zhou ban dou, shi mei wan, ri yue wan) are 30km-60 km away from city centre. The hotel provides tasty Chinese breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, soy milk, buns, fen tang, porridge, noodle, fried vegetables etc). We had a wonderful stay here.

The room is massive. It could fit three people. The shower gets hot when pointed to the right and it does take a while for it to heat up. I noticed an old review saying that. The hotel reception is quite hard to find. The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean and it's got great views and very quiet location. They helped arrange for my surfing classes and they gave me a good deal. Overall a good stay but be prepared to have coffee in the room. The nearest cafe is a 30 minute walk away and they opened at 10am. The area is great if you want a quiet stay and long walks. The rooms look exactly how they are in the hotel photos online.
