La ubicación es muy buena, pero no es muy fácil. La habitación era excelente, la vista es muy bonita y era enorme. El servicio también era perfecto. Eran tan amables y siempre trataron de ayudar con todo. También tienen una sala de gimnasio al aire libre, así como lavadoras y secador. ¡También la piscina se ve tan grande! ¡Me gustaría quedarme aquí si estás buscando un hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula and was truly impressed by the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. My experience, especially during the latter part of my stay, exceeded all expectations and deserves recognition. From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. El Westin ya tiene sus años, los grandes jardines están calvos en algunas partes, lo que es un claro signo de falta de mantenimiento, como la calvicie de un hombre de mediana edad. Las instalaciones de la habitación también son viejas, y la puerta corredera del baño no cierra bien. La funda nórdica no es una funda, sino una sábana que cubre el edredón, un estilo europeo que no es muy adecuado para los gustos chinos. Por la noche, era bastante tranquilo y la cama era cómoda. El desayuno estaba abarrotado, y eso que era un día laborable normal; no puedo imaginar cómo será en días festivos. Tuvimos que esperar un poco para entrar, y luego descubrimos que había muchos asientos vacíos dentro, pero el personal no daba abasto para recoger las mesas. El desayuno era abundante, con Roujiamo, pastelitos de puerro, fideos Hou'an y wontons. La calabaza frita también estaba rica. El mayordomo fue muy atento y proactivo, incluso preparó una almohada de trigo sarraceno con antelación cuando la pedimos.

Me gustó mucho la decoración de la casa de huéspedes. El ambiente era agradable, las instalaciones eran nuevas, las habitaciones eran espaciosas y limpias, con zonas de baño y de aseo separadas, y contaban con todos los artículos de aseo. La limpieza se realizaba a diario, y el personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial, incluso nos ayudó a subir el equipaje. También había flotadores y palas de arena gratuitos. Además, había una preciosa piscina en la planta baja, donde a los niños les encantaba jugar. ¡Fue una estancia fantástica y sin duda volveré la próxima vez!

Con amigos, vivimos en esta suite de jardines con diseño lleno de detalles adorables. Todo el pueblo es como el paisaje ~, no tiene que ir a distancia para obtener muchas fotos. El personal está entusiasta y con cuidado para recibir todos los tipos de lugares de juego. La distancia de la ciudad de Huang, pero no es incómoda, cómoda y agradable, es un lugar de vacaciones que vale la pena repetir

Este hotel es absolutamente recomendado 👍! Caminando de la estación de ferrocarril de alta velocidad y de un centro comercial importante. Es super limpio, y las instalaciones son nuevas. Las cosas son amables, el desayuno es delicioso.

Alojamiento decente limpio, cerca de la estación de tren desesperada y hay comidas alrededor. El único lado de la calle es que el gimnasio no es realmente un gimnasio y a la noche siempre hay un montón de locales fumando en el restaurante en el lobby y puede llegar a ser bastante confuso. Pero no afecta a nuestra estadía y todavía feliz de permanecer de nuevo si estamos en deseo :) es lejos de riyuewan sin embargo!

The room is massive. It could fit three people. The shower gets hot when pointed to the right and it does take a while for it to heat up. I noticed an old review saying that. The hotel reception is quite hard to find. The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean and it's got great views and very quiet location. They helped arrange for my surfing classes and they gave me a good deal. Overall a good stay but be prepared to have coffee in the room. The nearest cafe is a 30 minute walk away and they opened at 10am. The area is great if you want a quiet stay and long walks. The rooms look exactly how they are in the hotel photos online.
