Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. Love this place. Service is superb and very spacious room / common area to accommodate large crowd. Beach is just few steps away from restaurant, kid wants to go to the beach every moment during breakfast, lucky they also have a kid play area within the restaurant. 300m from hotel is shoplots with supermarket and restaurants to try out local signature dishes. 管家小娜 is very reactive to all request and respond super fast!!! Thanks!! ❤️

The hotel room is clean, views are superb, the facilities are sufficient for the guests. We had a comfortable stay, assisted by a hotel staff - Luna. She is very helpful and always check on us if we have any needs. Thanks to Luna who are so accommodate to our request, she also upgraded our room. Will come back and stay again !!

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was excellent, largely due to Alan, the Guest Relations Butler. His friendly and attentive service—from quick requests to local recommendations—made me feel valued. Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very spacious and super clean. The rooms have everything you need from razors to coffee and tea. The staff were super friendly and check in was super easy and fast. The hotel did Great to host the marathon athletes. 👍👍👍

印跡青旅距神州高鐵站較近，駕車約5分鐘，打車起步價的樣子。高速口車程約3分鐘，免税港步行約15分鐘，充電樁步行約12分鐘，附近有小吃街，入住第一天老闆推薦西安麪莊（蓮興大道店），很好吃！分量很足。 交通四通八達，網約車隨叫隨到，有電動車可以租（45元/天），如果衹是在附近買點東西可以騎店家提供的小電動車，老闆是個性情中人，青旅打理的井井有條，很有安全感的住宿。 門口有公交車可通石梅灣，神州半島，日月灣，興隆等熱門景點，出行比較方便，建議白天出行。 這個青旅最好的地方就是一樓有健身房，屬於比較硬漢的鐵館，這次沒帶運動裝備所以沒試試，看得出來老闆是個愛運動的人。一樓還有圖書館，一文一武，健身房武裝身體、圖書館武裝靈魂。 公共區域豐富的設施活動讓你盡享悠閑時光。 女生宿舍是六張床，房間有窗户，房門是刷卡進入的，很安全，衞生間也很乾凈，房間打掃的很乾凈。床上用品一客一換，白白的四件套看着很舒服。 退房的時候，老闆還主動送我們去火車站，非常感謝。這次印跡青旅的體驗整體體驗五顆星！衞生五顆星！服務五顆星！安全五顆星！祝願印跡越來越好！

The room is massive. It could fit three people. The shower gets hot when pointed to the right and it does take a while for it to heat up. I noticed an old review saying that. The hotel reception is quite hard to find. The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean and it's got great views and very quiet location. They helped arrange for my surfing classes and they gave me a good deal. Overall a good stay but be prepared to have coffee in the room. The nearest cafe is a 30 minute walk away and they opened at 10am. The area is great if you want a quiet stay and long walks. The rooms look exactly how they are in the hotel photos online.
