«第一次來彌勒，入住萬繕温泉酒店真的是一個非常正確的選擇👍🏻。不管是環境、配套還是服務，我們都特別滿意，甚至有些超出預期。 酒店位置很好，離紅河水鄉極近，步行幾分鐘就能到錢王門，到湖泉生態園也是十幾分鐘的步行距離。酒店整體裝修很大氣，公共空間蠻多，大堂開闊有格調，房間樓層的走廊也感覺比很多酒店都更寬敞。 客房內部的空間也很大，而且開窗就能看到紅河水鄉的湖景，每次往窗外望去心情都很愉悦😀。各項設施設備，無論是床品、洗漱用品、浴袍、拖鞋質量都很高。 入住的四天三晚我們也注意到很多體貼的細節，比如放在大門口可隨時取用的長柄傘，大堂迎賓處持續保温的玫瑰花茶、特色咖啡還有熱水，在樓層電梯出口永遠放有礦泉水供有額外需要的客人帶回房間…… 同樣讓人驚喜的是酒店額外贈送的福利超多！一樓有自家獨立的日式温泉泡池，風格很別緻，在泡池裡特別放鬆舒服。還贈送了品質很高的兩人份精釀和咖啡二選一，以及免費的旅拍服務。 早餐也超出預期，種類特別豐富，有彌勒本地特色鹵雞，居然還有三文魚，水果新鮮品質高，還有現煮的米線、卷粉和麪條。（特別多的調料、澆頭可以自己搭配） 最後特別讓人感動的是來自酒店無論是前台、客房服務員、廚房工作人員們還有酒店經理們的服務與關懷。整個酒店的員工都給人一種特別温暖親切的感受，而且在交流、溝通的過程中都非常順暢。從入住前加到客服微信開始，就一直有準確及時迴應我們的需求和提問。謝謝工號36號小李幫我安排温泉泡湯的事宜，謝謝Fanny幫我們申請延遲退房+免費高鐵送站❤️，最後也謝謝黃經理專門交代員工為我安排了一間獨立包房，為我提供了早起學習的空間（真的超出預期了）。 第一次來彌勒，這座城市給我們留下了許多美好的初印象，而其中有一部分愉快温馨的記憶就來自萬繕温泉酒店😊。真心推薦給有需求的旅客朋友們～»

«I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch. It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast. Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again.»

«Un hotel muy bueno y cálido, está muy bien situado, justo en el ecosistema del lago de cerveza. Cuando sales, hay una pequeña caja de frutas, es muy conveniente comer y beber, y hay una piscina cálida independiente en el interior es especialmente conveniente. Hay una piscina de cálido en la parte superior del público que puede ver el paisaje y beber té. Muy buena. El servicio es especialmente entusiasta y también ha actualizado la habitación. Comió el helado gratuito de su casa, y el sabor del salchicha es especialmente delicioso 😋»
