We were in town for the Springdale/Fayetteville Baseball Tournament May 19th-21st. Our team chose to stay at Comfort Suites Bentonville-Rogers. After a Horrible experience there the first night, I was able to book a room at Hampton Inn the next two nights. Hampton’s are always my first choice being a Diamond member! This hotel did not disappoint, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice thick towels! We did have to request room service early though. I am ready for the days to be back where room service is automatic with room. If in the area again, I will be booking here whether the rest of the team does or not!!

I looked at Trip Advisor reviews and noticed that the General Manager Stephanie Irvine responded to all comments, positive or otherwise. That tipped the scales for me when comparing other hotels. I knew if we stayed at Homewood Suites and if anything went wrong, she would make it right. Everything went great and we also got to say hello to Stephanie during our stay. I was also pleasantly surprised the digital room key worked each time we entered our room. That hasn't happened at other Hilton hotels. Breakfast was good, everything was clean, and we were able to easily get additional towels and supplies when we needed. Big thumbs up to Homewood Suites by Hilton Bentonville-Rogers!

Muy bueno hotel. Limpieza. Buen desayuno. Muy buena ubicación. Así que por qué las tres estrellas? Llamé al escritorio delantero para ver por qué mi habitación no tenía servicio de mantenimiento de casa. Me preguntó “si planeaba mantener la casa. Cuando respondí que pensé que era una dada, me informó que “Embajadas Suites presta servicios cada cinco días a menos que se lo solicitara”. Había una mención de Covid iniciando el cambio. Como miembro de diamantes, me preguntaba que era una política de Hilton. En este momento, la historia cambió y fue “esta política de propiedades”. Entiendo que las industrias de servicios tienen un problema real de personal. Es un insulto a decir a Covid es la razón de no recibir servicio de la mujer.
