La reserva decía que los impuestos y tasas estaban incluidos en el precio. Sin embargo, se me obligó a pagar 43,20 ECD como un “impuesto por persona del gobierno” y no aceptaron que esto estuviera incluido. La recepcionista nos hizo esperar sin motivo y fue muy despectivo, por ejemplo, no le gustó la prueba de vacunación oficial del NHS porque pensó que debería ser una tarjeta. Muy rudo. El hotel en sí era bueno, muy limpio y cómodo.
