The hotel has no on site staff. So if you have any inquiries or requests, forget about it. We called the phone number and left three messages and they didn't bother to call back. The bathroom floor is slanted and I slipped getting out of the shower. No AC and our room was in the mid 80's. Worst hotel stay in my life

My wife and I booked this property however it failed to meet our expectations: - common areas oppressively hot - no ice machine - no A/C in the room(currently at 26 C) - no cream provided for in room coffee maker - no small refrigerator be to keep drinks cold unless you order in advance and there's a surcharge. The other Auberge's my wife and I visited had some charm, but this property has very little or no charm, just a basic bare bones room. I don't like writing poor reviews, but in this case, I feel I need to.
