Nice, clean and very well equipped apar**ent ( one of the best we ever had) and very friendly staff, safe space for parking the car (5€). Only the direct neighborhood is not very nice, the walk to the old town is 25min. Riga anyway is a great place to visit.

Myself and my friends stayed here one night. Positives the place was clean. One staff member was not particularly nice. We asked to drop our car a little early and were told to park elsewhere. I really disliked the signage around the advertising of a taxi on the bathroom mirror also with house rules. One such, not to throw weird objects in the toilet. Also the prices everywhere on items that were stored in the cupboard items in the fridge when there was also items for sale in the reception area. I got extremely conscious that water by the litre in the tap would have an extra cost added. Thus making the stay uncomfortable. It was expensive considering the places we have stayed elswhere here. I looked forward to leaving.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at the Rigaapartament, and the experience was exceptional. The apar**ent I stayed in was surprisingly large and spacious, providing the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. The two bedrooms were very roomy, each thoughtfully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The living room, quite large, was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.A noteworthy aspect was the diversified minibar, offering a variety of drinks and snacks to suit all our preferences. This detail added an extra layer of comfort and luxury to our stay.The value for money at Rigaapartament was, without a doubt, one of the most impressive aspects. The quality of services and facilities offered at such an affordable price is rare, making this apar**ent an excellent choice for anyone looking for accommodation in Riga.In conclusion, I highly recommend Rigaapartament to any traveler seeking comfort, space, and excellent value for money. I will certainly choose this place again for my future visits to Riga

Beware of any of the 2 bedroom apar**ents. They are not accessible by elevator - there are 2 flights of old, extremely narrow stairs that you have to climb with your luggage dragging behind you. The apar**ent itself has a lot of broken equipment, that they will then try to charge you for at checkout. The staff is incredibly rude - they didn't like us using the fan heater so much (it was freezing and they hadn't turned on the radiators yet), so they demanded the remote control so we couldn't use it. The place mostly has visiting work crews that are noisy all night with women coming and going. It was an absolutely horrible stay, in a building that reminds me of old Communist block housing, with even worse facilities.

Clean and spacious apar**ent, walking distance to Old Town. Staff were very nice and helpful, even when I called them at 1 am because I was having trouble getting in. Accommodating to travellers and English speakers. Great price for the value!

The apar**ent we took was really very clean and comfortable. Especially I recommend it if you have a child. Reception was also very friendly and polite. It is not far from the center of Riga, and also you can move by bolt taxi

The reception was very accommodating, i made a mistake on my reservation for 2 pax, and right a way they provided us another room for my daughter. Place is very nice and clean and big rooms. Thank you

It's a nice place not so far from the center of Riga. They dont have breakfast or any meals but you can cook in your apartement. To cook in the smallest apartements is a bit difficult. The madrasses are old and a bit lumpy. It's a good place if you have kids because they have a playground. Parking is also good.
